Best WLM Reviews
We were the only one in the dining room, which makes sense now because the food was cold and hard. I would skip this place and go to Chick-fil-A across the street.
BEWARE, A THIEF WORKS HERE!!! My wife had ordered from the drive-thru at this location and realized that after the transaction was complete, her credit card was not returned. About 20 minutes after this particular transaction happened, someone made an additional purchase at Zaxby's with my wife's credit card.
I ordered through the drive through. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The problem was the burnt over cooked food they served me.
The food is pretty good everytime but the service/wait times are really either a hit or miss. Over the past year or so I have been during the morning/lunch time middle after noon and night time a couple times each and its always random. You're either gonna be in a line of 4 cars and get your food in like 5 minutes or be in a line of 3 cars and be there for 25mins. If you get lucky this is a great spot to get drive through food. I've only ever been inside one time and it was to pickup a Togo mobile order so I'm not to familiar with the service and atmosphere inside.
Too much salt on the fries you can’t eat them. They have to fix that thank you.
Will not order from the McCalla/Bessemer, Alabama store again. My Cobb salad has spoiled / wilted salad greens, cucumbers and tomatoes. The bacon was barely cooked with one limp piece laid over my salad - not crumbled, but barely cooked. This location didn’t used to be like this. Not sure what’s happening with its management and staff.
Mold in every picture frame, got our order wrong. Zaxbys used to be my favourite fast food restaurant, I will not be coming back to this location
I have tried to give this Zaxby’s a chance but it keeps disappointing me. The wait time is unimaginable just for food to be like warm. Tonight was my last time coming to this location.
