I feel like the service here is getting slower and slower. They've never been fast by any means, but waiting twenty minutes or longer has become the norm. I like Zaxby's, but the speed makes me hesitate to come here.
I had some of those new taco things, the avocado ones... they were thr best thing I ate that week. Very kind staff as well, I asked what sauce they recommended, and they told me a Buffalo sauce and gave it to me saying they'll cover the small charge of it for me. If all their workers are like that, then they deserve 5 platinum stars for customer service!
Food was fresh and hot, but seemed a bit salty. Service was good,but it was busy and took a while to get out food. Busy family atmosphere.
Grilled house salads always fresh. Think they've cut back on the serving size of the cheddar bites. They only gave us 11 today. Other locations have given us 15 or 16.
A group of teenagers who serve their friends before customers that arrived before them is unprofessional and inappropriate. Then losing the food from our order while we stood for 15 minutes waiting while no one was making orders. I was appalled.
The chicken fingers were tough and there wasn't many . They're about two and a half inches long and tasteless. I screwed my order up. I told him I wanted to go and they literally took it back and they said, are we doing it like they should have they just grabbed it by their hands and stuck it in the box talk about class then I ask for lemon for my iced. , and all I got was attitude like we don't Have lemonade more and we haven't had it for a year. Definitely needs to learn better manners than that. The one good thing I can say was crinkled cut fries were good.
I came here a few weeks ago and ordered a kiddie finger plate. I couldn’t believe how fresh it was. The fries and tenders were piping hot. I was pleased. I came today around the same time. Maybe 5 minutes after noon. Which usually that’s the best time to get fresh food as lunch has practically just started. I ordered the same thing with high hopes but a great deal of uncertainty. I get half way down the road and decide to try a fry. First off I immediately felt a way because the box was not hot or even warm. I pull out a fry and it’s cold and greasy. Like it may have been refried but either way it was old. I then take the box out of the bag to take a look. It looked like leftovers. There was no more than 10 fries and the tenders were cold & soggy too. I was completely disappointed and disgusted. Honestly I wanted my money back. I wanted to turn around and go inside so bad but had stopped there after leaving the grocery store and had items that would melt. Smh terrible experience.
After ordering $53 worth of food at the Clarkesville drive-thru, I discovered the fried pickles were left off of my order. I parked and went inside. There, the cashier was talking to a young male worker who was leaning over the counter from the kitchen. As her back was to customers, I had to speak loudly to get her attention. Annoyed, she turned to me and didn't say a word. I had to tell her that I came inside for the pickles that were missing from my order. The male working in the back watched and filled my order. As he gave her my pickles, she dropped them in the bag and threw a packet of ranch at it. The packet missed the bag. She picked it back up and dropped it in the bag. As she brought me the bag, I told her I ordered extra sauce. Without a word she turned and retrieved an extra packet and dropped it in my bag with a look of disgust. NEVER said a word to me... No, "How may I help you?", "I apologize" or "Have a nice day".
Very rude! I will NOT BE BACK!
