Best WLM Reviews
Very clean and friendly. Fast and efficient service with great tasting food ???? this will always be my favorite Zaxbys!!!
Lets be honest Zaxbys has always been way too expensive for fast food and that true here too. But the food is always good. the new birthday cake milkshake is amazing like 10/10! this location is older so the decor reflects that. But the staff is super
I was getting hangry and swung in to get a quick bite. Food was great. The staff went above and beyond. Last time I ate here my fried white cheddar bites were still slightly frozen in the middle. They cooked this order fresh!!
Great service!! Even though they were slammed they made sure I got my order quickly. Everything was there which is rare these days in fast food. Thanks for a wonderful meal!!
Paid 5$ for a couple o cheese chunks. Fries soggy and no seasoning. Not sure these prices warrant Zaxby's prices. At Zaxby's prices you are way better off with Popeyes.
They can't get a salad order right. Talk to there G. M. Only wanted to say sorry and come back to get another one. What about gas???? Not cheap. When it should have been right the first time. How smart do you have to be to get a order right. When you pay a lot. And still have to go back B. S. To me
Honestly, this place deserves zero stars. But since google is making me add one, that’s the only reason it got it. There are multiple facets to this review so just hold on. I’ve been sitting on this for a while but I have to get it off my chest.
First, the food I received was completely inedible. It was barely cooked.. have you ever had raw French fries?! The wings they gave me were way past their fresh time limit and didn’t even give me the toast or the extra sauce I paid for. Then tried to gas light me about it.
Next, the staff. Some of these people at this location are so incredibly racist. I’m not prude or anything but like YOU ARE AT WORK! I did see one girl working hard, so that was nice to see someone in there caring about appearances. It did however break my heart when I had to witness her cleaning up human fecal matter off the dining room floor at 7:30 at night. She was clearly an underage girl, likely her first job and they are definitely putting her through it.
Finally, I spoke with the manager. This man, if you can even call him that is a joke to this entire establishment. If the other portions of my review didn’t drive you away, he certainly will. This small man is so arrogant, like sir it’s not that serious. You are not the president, you are not the owner.
If I could recommend one thing to get at this location, it’s back into your car and to go somewhere else.
Want to charge 75 cent for an extra sauce cup but can’t give us enough forks to eat what we ordered. Tastes like water was added to the Diet Coke. If they’re charging heinous prices for an extra sauce, it wouldn’t surprise me if they are watering down drinks to stiff customers. Their food is too expensive to get treated this way.
