A typical Zaxby's serving a variety of chicken dishes with fries and a variety of sauces. The service was good at this location, but the bathrooms needed some attention. The fountain drink machine was also short on syrup resulting in less flavor and more seltzer water.
Most of the restaurant was dirty. The drink fountain was dirty, there were old stains on the counter. The bathroom was terrible.
Always waiting out front for my order for at least 15 minutes and they always forget the sauces so then I end up walking inside for them food is great never been inside to eat or the bathroom tho.
What is the point of the drive thru? I ordered through the drive through at 5:40 and we have waited over 20 mins for our order outside of the front door. It’s a DRIVE through. Not an “order at the speaker and have to repeat yourself 3 times and wait like you would be dining inside anyway” thru.
Giving it a 2 star. Zaxby’s is always my go to. Never had an issue until today sadly. It’s blazing hot outside so I decided to skip out on cooking and just grab something for the family today. Spent a good $60 on food. My kids kid meal came with little to no fries at all. They forgot my husbands coleslaw, and tried the Mr beast box today and it definitely didn’t look like the picture at all! It came so skimpy! Had hardly any fries a few cheddar bites and all our fries was definitely over seasoned! So if a manager could get in contact with me that would be great! Thank you

The team was nice, but it wasn’t busy. Not sure how that happened.

Wonderful spicy chicken sandwich. It is a little pricey but totally worth it. The seasoning on the fries is great and the sauce is basically Cane’s sauce. If you are going for the chicken sandwich this places easily beats Canes. The tenders might be a different story - my wife didn’t like them as much.
Heard good things about this place but never really bothered until today. Kinda regretted it especially cause I passed a Cane's on my way there. Ordered the 3 piece meal and you can see in my picture what I got. 3 chicken nuggets. They were in fact "tenders" but the size of them was almost insulting. Like were these from pigeons? They tasted fine but nothing to write home about. Overall very upset about the size of the chicken for the price I paid. Not worth it.
