The prices are really high!! But that cobb salad is still amazing.
We bought the Mr Beast box. It was really good.
So we called in and ordered the chicken fingerz and traditional wings zampler. (Told the guy three times traditional). Well my kids go get it and it’s boneless wings. So I call and they tell me in order to make me a new platter I would have to bring the platter and receipt before they can start to make me a new one. It took them 40 minutes to make the first one and it takes 20 minutes to get there. They wouldn’t even start the order until I brought the messed up platter and receipt. Pitiful service. They messed up not me. I shouldn’t have to wait for the food just so they can verify I bought it from them.
Food is always zaxbys good and they take care of you pretty quickly. The line can be a little long often times BUT they still run us through pretty fast. One of my favorite go to places for chicken
Me and my fiancé had Miss Lynn C . She is a very nice older lady very polite good service overall best visit I’ve ever had to a fast food restaurant I see deserves a raised. She deserves a whole lot more. We need more people like her. If there was more people like her fast food restaurants wouldn’t be going downhill as fast as they are. Now day much love to Miss Lynn thank you for the excellent service and it was nice meeting you
At a restaurant like this there is no reason to run out of chicken in the early afternoon. And as a powerline worker during the restoration after hurricane Helene we do not have the option to make multiple stops for food. We usually have to eat on the run. So we ended up going without lunch that day. For us on storm duty is usually a 16hr + day.
During the aftermath of Hurricane Helene they were understanding and compassionate, offering prayers and guidance. Their service was excellent, the food was hot and delicious!
Whoever cooked these boneless wings knew they were cooked too long and were too hard before they packed them in my mobile order. ????
Food has always been fresh amazing people cheerful atmosphere can't wait to go again!
