Words can’t describe how slow they were. I understand if they’re short staffed but that wasn’t the case. I sat at the drive through for a few minutes and just decided to go inside and order. Nobody was in front of me when I walked in and they had 3 people working the front. Took them forever to take my order because one of them couldn’t log into the register and the other girl ignored her when she told her that. I ordered, and paid, for extra sauce but didn’t get that either. The lady that took my order was very nice but the slow service won’t bring me back.
I dealt with a rude and disrespectful lady at the register. She likes to go to the cooks and loudly talk negatively about customers. The manager I saw was easy going, he listened to my concern and fixed the issue ☝????but I had to call him from the back to get his attention vs him checking to see what's going on, he did not address his employees rudeness while I was there. I almost don't want to come back. Overall the food was ok but my experience was not good here.
Took 45 minutes to get 3 kids meals! Even ordered ahead using the app to save time! The staff did not seem concerned; just kept saying it's not ready yet. We were not even offered our drinks while we waited. We watched multiple people come and go while we continued to wait. We also did not receive any napkins in our bag. Longest fast food trip EVER!
Came to this location because it said online it was open until 10:30pm. I arrived at around 10:00pm. When I got to the speaker, the lady came on and stated that they were closed. I asked if the hours had changed because the online site stated 10:30. She said again that "we is closed." I asked again that I would like clarification on if they closed at 10:00 so that I know for the future. She then said that they are not actually closed and that they "ran out of food." At that point I didn't even want food from there because I was afraid of what they might do to it. When I drove past the window, I saw two females and a male worker just standing there by the counter on their phones, not doing anything. These employees should be fired as their actions have lost Zaxbys 30 minutes of sales, in addition to misleading their patrons, all because they feel like not doing the work that they are being paid to do.
I'm highly disappointed that I go to the drive, first car gets served, second car, I guess drive thru decided to hell with it, waited 20 minutes still Noone came to take my order. Absolutely unprofessional. Do your job folks, laziness is no excuse. NO longer giving St. Andrews Rd. Zaxby's business.
When I’m always at this location they always pull me forward in the drive thru line. It took 20mins for me to get my food after the customers behind me already received their food. The cashier at the window didn’t even give me my drink, I had to ask for it when they brought out my food. Horrible customer service, if I could rate a 0/5 stars I would. I asked for mild boneless wings and they’re in another sauce. No fork to eat anything with either. Try to call the number listed and they just hang up the phone.
Clean building, food was great! First time tried this place out and was satisfied with everything, than came to write a review and was suprised this place is rated low. Over all jad a great experience here!
Our food took a while to come out but it was definitely worth the wait! Especially the fries! They were perfectly crispy and I couldn’t have made them better if I had deep fried them myself!
