Told me the chicken had 3 minutes to cook, and I pulled me. I've been sitting here since 9:45pm minutes. The lobby is closed so I can not go in for my food. It's a grilled salad. SMH Update! The whole store is closed now, and I'm still waiting on my order after being pulled. I had to call them store and tell them them to bring my food out.
The service was quick and the staff were very friendly. The food was also very delicious.
First time trying out Zaxby’s and it was pretty good. I never have high expectations for fast food but this was a pleasant surprise. Great customer service and the food did not disappoint. Wish they had these in my home town
Stopped here on to grab food before we got back on the road. They gave me the oldest food the had back there I guess. I couldn’t even eat it. This was my first and last time going to Zaxby’s.
I bought the zensation salad. Its my favorite salad-ever! If you like asian foods & a fresh salad, then this is the best mash up, you’ll eat! Wish they put this in their regular menu, & not a seasonal one. Its only out for the month of October.
Food was just ok. Service was slow and the person taking our order was not personable and got the order wrong.
Have been to this location 4 different times and order was not right. Get home no slaw. First two times I just dealt with it. A week ago I took order back, Mgr. made it right, but said they were out of slaw. Tonight I asked before ordering, was told yes they had slaw. Checked order, again no slaw, Oh we are out, but I didn't know, I guess I should have checked. You think. Done with this location.
Mediocre, at best. About 6 people just standing around in the kitchen, but only 2 working. 1 at the counter, 1 delivering orders to cars, and 2 on break. Tool forever to get my tenders and cold/old fries. Ordered a large tenders meal with double fries, and a Zax snack. The meal didn't have double fries. When questioned, I was told they were under the bread, and the fries are done by weight. The Zax snack had a ton more fries than the large meal... and the fries were old and cold. I have no clue why I keep visiting this location when they disappoint me every single time. Schillinger Rd staff definitely needs to come train the Saraland staff!
