The app sucked. We walked in and were luckily the first one up to the counter. Food was prepared and served promptly. Atmosphere is NA in this instance.
Since covid, it's best to go through drive through. The staff is young adults vs seasoned food workers. The salad is filled with vividly green lettuce, fresh chopped tomatoes, cubed cucumbers, shredded cheese, and pieces of fried chicken, with a side of Texas toast. I love the vinaigrette dressing. Zaxby's salads are tasty. I give five stars for a great salad.
Food is always great but when you get an online order and they don’t read it and make a salad wrong i mean come on it’s not that hard is it to read no tomato no toast extra egg and bacon. That mean leave everything else on it
The food was cold, the funnel cake was disappointing, inedible, and cold. I'm unsure how it was approved for delivery. Additionally, the cake was the size of a computer mouse, yet cost $5.00. Zaxby overpriced and trash. It’s sad when ????️ is cheaper and better. I give them a negative ten out of five. I highly recommend the napkins, good for checking the oil on your car.
I consistently come to Zaxby’s. Whether I had a good or bad experience with the employees, the food and sweet tea never fails. I typically eat my food in the car and grab some ice from my finished drink to wash my hand after I’m done eating. I then get some hand sanitizer after. Today, after finishing my food and my sweet tea, I grabbed some ice and to my surprise I found a dead mosquito in my drink (photo attached). I never write reviews but today, this needed to be shared.
This place is cheating drive-thru timer. I tried this place today and they are telling customers not to pull up to drive-thru window until their order is ready. Food good but confused customers in line.
Horrible. If i could give it 0 , i would. This was my first visit here after a long workday. Got two of loaded fries , no chicken, and the smallest amount of everything else, so basically i paid 16 plus taxes for regular fries in a box.
I went through the drive thru and ordered the cheese bites and a large drink. After paying, the girl hands me a drink and says pull up and we'll bring it out. No one was behind me. I waited 10 minutes then backed up to the ask was my order not finished. A man looked for my order which was sitting there ready. He never apologized for my wait. I drove away then preceded to try and snack on my bites . They were burnt, basically hard and not edible. I drove back to the store, went inside and told them to look at them and see that they are burnt. The man tells them to cook more and never said anything to me to apologize or it will only take a few minutes to make more....not a word. After nearly another 10 minutes, he hands me a bag and says nothing!! I said thanks and walked away. After leaving, I tried one of the bites and they were almost as burnt/hard as the first time. So I wasted my money and time and recieved no apology or decent food. I won't be back to this location!!
