Visited 11-13-2024. Always on point with excellent customer service. My food was delicious the chicken served hot and the salad was perfect.
Good customer service and food served hot. The restaurant was clean and the bathroom was clean. Good relaxing experience during our visit.
This place is a joke poorly ran obviously. I wait 30 minutes for cheesbites because the keep forgetting just to finally get them way overcooked and only a half an order worth. Poor management.

I ordered a family pack online (20 fingers, 2 small fries, 4 pieces of toast). It only allowed me to choose 4 dipping sauces for 20 wings. When I went in, there was 1 person placing their order. I stood behind him, next in line, but the person behind the counter turned his back to me, stepped closer to their kitchen window, and began a conversation with a female employee. After a couple of minutes, I said "Excuse me, can someone let me know if the order I placed online is ready?" They took the receipt I printed, said my name, and then he disappeared to the back. She proceeded to take another customer's order, and gave another customer their food. I asked again if she could check on my order that should have already been prepared. She said the order (she just gave out) had been placed a while ago. I said so was mine. I handed her my receipt again and she said oh, it is ready; it had been bagged and was sitting on their counter the entire time. On another visit, I ordered a 4-piece dinner w/no toast, fries & Cole slaw. The bag was sealed so I didn't open until I got home. Recommend you check before leaving the counter! I had two pieces of toast and no slaw! They did remake my order the following day; however, that meant that someone else got Cole slaw and not the 2 pieces of toast they ordered! They really need to start cooking the fries longer!
Food is always good. Nicely packed but the wait is way too long. It's always so packed. Maybe more Crew members or better prepared. Fried pickles 7/10 & sweet tea was on point ! 9/10
Zaxbys, a fast food fav of mine. Food is hot, tasty and filling. I ordered the grilled chicken mostly but have had the fried items as well.
I have read where people complain about the food but I like it in a pinch. This chicken is not intended to be like the southern fried chicken that you make at home. This is fast food chicken. I am a Chick Fila fan too but I like Zaxbys grilled chicken better.
The drive through lane is sometimes slow depending on location.
I rarely eat inside. Honestly, I don't like the inside. Seems floors are frequently sticky!
Besides the food, I like the iced tea, the specials ( egg rolls, shrimp tacos ,etc).
The tacos were kinda salty.
Kids I know like the grilled cheese there.
Not bad for fast food establishment.
Exactly what I've known Zaxby's to be for all the years I've continued to come here. The greatest highlight of the year for Zaxbys was bringing back the beloved milkshakes! No complaints! Highly recommend when you have that craving for some chicken fingers or texas toast!
The food was fine, but the customer service needs improvement. I stood at the register for about five minutes while multiple employees walked by without acknowledging me. The young lady at the register was preoccupied with a conversation with another employee in the back and didn't mention that someone would assist me shortly.
