Night shift was my best experience yet! My first experience here during the day was terrible due too Desiree Mcclareen with no such understanding with time and hospitality or maybe just even a friendly encounter. Shout out to Mary Kendall Zaniyah and Jonathan and the rest of the Night staff for making my second time a better experience.
Love this Zaxbys. Go for lunch all the time. My order is always prepared fast and fresh, without any problems. Shout out to Markecia who has wonderful customer experience and people skills. Love all the staff there.
Worst dine in experience ever in a zaxbys by far, out of fruit punch and Powerade when I asked if they had more they just gave me what they had left instead of changing it out , waiting 35 minutes for my food then she hands it to me in a to-go box when I said it’s for here. Then I was given two cards for a free meal if I purchased again lol I’m like I’m not spending more money at a place you have to wait 35 mins for your food so I traded a card for a dessert only gave me two little baby cookies like a child I felt like I was a burden. NEVER GOING BACK TO ANY ZAXBYS , LOST MY BUSINESS FOR SURE. Just UNACCEPTABLE!! DO BETTER ZAXBYS !!
Probably the worst Uber eats experience. Spent $80 on food and was given: old dry boneless wings, nasty cheese curds that taste like old oil, a burnt grilled cheese, and drinks with no straws. What was missing: 3 nibbler sandwiches and three chicken tacos. The main portions of the entire dinner missing. Tell me you don’t care about the quality of your food or the customer service you provide…
New location and my first ever visit to Zaxby's. It was great. Store design is beautiful, service was great and the chicken was delicious. I was recommended to try their #2 meal deal. It included 4 chicken tenders with fries, coleslaw and Texas toast. Soda was included all for $8.99. The house sauce was the perfect complement to the chicken. Already looking forward to our visit.
Ordered online for pick up.
When I arrived, I was yelled at to come in and get it. Manager April was not only rude to me but also screaming at her employees. April was the one also bagging the food. I would think she would know better.
Food was horrible! Everything was shoved in one plastic bag, not stacked, making a mess. . Fries were undercooked and cold. All the chicken tasted like rubber and cooked in old oil. Pickle chips and fried cheese tasted the same, fried in old oil. Chicken Philly was greasy and a mess.
Spent $25, we ate maybe 5 bites and threw it away.
Workers ignored us standing at the register. They talked to each other instead of waiting on us. Music was way too loud. Food was very good.
La’shirah was super nice. She was busy when we walked in, she said she would be right with us. She did not disappoint she promptly took our order with a smile. She also checked on us( we dined in) checking on how our meal was and offered extra sauce, just in case.
