Best WLM Reviews
Experienced fresh, hot tenders and fries! The restaurant is very clean and convenient. Nice wall decor that supports the local community, clean bathrooms, and quick service.
The Zaxbys in Daphne on 98 is probably the worse food I've ever ate. We ordered to 2 kickin' chicken meals with a side of fried pickles and a side of veggie egg rolls. It was at 3:43 on 11-6-24. We were asked to pull up and it would be brought out. There was no other customers but 1 behind us. They brought the food out at 3:59. I was getting out, to go in and get my money back when she came out the door. The kickin' chicken bread was buttered and soft and was not toasted. It had like a half a teaspoon of ranch on it and maybe a teaspoon of hot sauce. Literally the ratio of butter to ranch and hot sauce was a 10 to 1 ratio
That being butter at the 10. Everything fried tasted like the grease had not been changed in a week or longer. Just horrible horrible food. It isn't fit to feed my dog. To sit as long as we did to receive this..is uncalled for. I mean what did they do all that time. Cause this was thrown together. It was not even hot. This was my favorite fast food restaurant, but this location,...I'm just speechless that management would let this go out the door. Corporate better do something about this location. Cause anyone eating here isn't coming back. That I can guarantee you.
I have never left a review on any business before, but I felt this one was needed. As I was standing around waiting for our food, I couldn't help but notice how filthy this place is! Every thing was sticky & dirty! Tables were not wiped down, floors & walls just disgusting. I'm not sure how this place hasn't been shut down by the board of health. On a better note, food was ok!
Terrible service with drive thru order. Made me pull around , park and wait 25 minutes…
Service was amazing! I had noticed they forgot to add the chocolate chip cookie we ordered, so I came in to get it and they were so kind and generous enough to provide 2 cookies. May seem like nothing but they truly were so kind and apologetic.. something you don’t see most days. This staff is wonderful& appreciate their kindness!
They Buffalo sauce is tasteless and nonspicy. Some chiken pieces had a lot of fat, the fries were the best part, and the texas toast was great. I guess you pay for quanity versus quality.
My first time at Zaxby’s. A lot of good looking food to choose from. I had a Kickin Chicken sandwich. Wasn’t very kickin, but was tasty. And for only $7 it came with a drink and fries. The dine in area was closed so only drive up was open. They didn’t include my sauce for the fries so minus one star. I am very willing to go back and eat there again though.
food quality was awesome and the services was very good and the staff was very friendly and well behavior.
