I ordered the bacon ranch chicken finger tacos. Got all the way home to be disappointed. The tender was extremely small and barely any lettuce or bacon. Just slapped together. Then the strawberry lemonade tasted like cough syrup. I usually go to the one in JC but they was close. The cashier was nice but the manager was aggravated. Do not go here late nights. If you do check your food. I wish they was still open cause I would've driven back to get my money back. I spent 28.00 for slop
My order wasn't made correctly after being very deliberate and speaking slowly and clearly when placing the order, that I can overlook. The thing that really bothers me is I paid extra for additional sauce and there is barely a centimeter in each cup, what the actual hell?! I never leave reviews but this is ridiculous.
The app malfunctioned and didn't have my order, and charged my card. They made me come inside just to tell me they don't have my order and the charge will eventually fall off. I know it's not the workers fault directly but I'm temporarily out $35 bucks till who knows when, and I had to park my car and walk inside for them to figure that out? It was extremely inconvenient on top of an already annoying situation. Do better.
Made the trip from Stoney Creek to get some dinner. Inwas not disappointed in my choice. The food was hot and fresh. The staff fast and friendly. The restaurant was pretty clean except for a couple tables that hadn't been cleaned off yet. My dinner choice was Wings and Things and I was satisfied with my choice.
I like the food and I come nearly everyday but the wait time is ridiculous. Why is it that the elizabethton zaxbys can't get the food out quicker when all other zaxbys including johnson city can serve u quickly. No exaggeration, every single time i come to this zaxbys I have to pull up to the curb and park and wait a minimum of 10 minutes. If other zaxbys can be quick then so can this one. I think the problem is all the young people working there and there is never a more senior manager in the restaurant. Can yall please please please do something about the wait time because it's very annoying especially after a long day at work and u don't feel like sitting for 30+ minutes waiting on a Zack snack.
Had their Cobb salad. Didn't even need any dressing because it's so full of veggies, cheese, egg, meat, fried onions that it was delicious.
Any time we come at night we get soggy unseasoned fries and our wings are barely sauced. It’s always a disappointment. I heard that they got a new gm about a month or 2 ago so I went back tonight. Clearly the food still sucks.
I came through a while ago and my food was old. I'm not sure why I decided to give them another chance today but I did unfortunately. All I ordered was fries and they gave me cold fries that had been sitting there for who knows how long! Won't be coming back!
