They are so nice at this location the food is always fresh and I just love the Cobb Salad. I have become a regular here now. Very quick to take your order and the restrooms are always clean. ????
Zaxbys...Well we dont do fast food very often... they used to be a favorite for fast food with us..however when Zaxbys as a chain took the seasoned potato chips off the menu...the entire thing just started going down hill....Overall though this one was nice.
This look like a piece of a bug! Found inside of my salad!
Had salad and asked for grilled chicken, it was disgusting. The chicken was liked they actually removed the breading from fried oily chicken. The oil tasted rancid like it smelled at drive through window which took FOREVER. The girls were apologized for the wait is only reason not a 1 Starr on service.
This is my second time coming within 2 months and each time my food has been horrible. This time my food was cold hard and was not fresh or hot. There was no sauce on my wings and some of the workers had an attitude complaining about her time! We had just came to the window but everyone in there was acting stupid like they couldn’t understand about getting sauce on the side. I will be expecting a FULL REFUND!
I didn’t catch the young lady’s name, but she is a shift leader and has a beautiful smile. She’s a hard worker, too. She went above and beyond to fix my issue…
Approximately 8 pm and the inside of the restaurant was closed and there was no place to put our trash. However, they still served food from the window. My order consisted of a 5 piece traditional wing combo. The wings were so tough, cold, and stiff I could barely peel the meat from the bone. The two stars are only for the french fries, which were halfway decent....not a good experience.
This Zaxby's has always does a great job, The food is always fresh, The staff is always great and never had a problem. They finally have the driveway fixed so you can cut through and not have to worry about getting your vehicle being realigned, LoL.. But going through the drive thru is most of the time very quick. This might be an update to some but as of now they are allowing you to go inside and Order and take it back out or you can order ahead by calling or over there app. The hours have changed to ( 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ) Hope this helps some people that don't know some of this stuff..
