Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at this location while dining with my family. Ordered in the drive thru not an issue. We were asked to pull up and park to have our food brought out fresh. 4 loaded fries and a couple of kids meals. The food we received after waiting was no where near fresh. Fries were old not much chicken little to no ranch and cheese on each. Very disappointing considered the amount spent on this order. Attempted to contact store to which I was unsuccessful in speaking with a manager.
I hate to leave negative reviews. Especially since the food here is so good. But, since this is the second time this has happened I feel like a warning to other customers is warranted. Do NOT use the curbside pick-up! Tonight was the second time I had ordered through the Mobile App for curbside pick-up. Said my order would be ready at 7:32. I pulled up and checked in at 7:30. 10 minutes passed and I thought maybe they were just behind. I gave it a little longer. Another ten minutes go by. I started getting a little agitated, because I’m hungry. Another 10 minutes pass and I decided to go inside. For the second time in the last 2 weeks they had put my order on the in-store pick-up shelf with no intentions of bringing it to me. Why would you offer a service you are not willing to provide? I was offered cookies and extra sauce for my troubles, but if you’d do what you’re supposed do to begin with there wouldn’t be any need to offer free items. If you don’t intend on making use of curbside pick-up up then do not offer it.
Whenever I order the wings and things meal, the fries never have seasoning on them. I even ask for a cup of seasoning and it's never put in the bag. It's even on the receipt that I asked for seasoning.
Small portions for a ( big ) Zak snak. Also, there is no seasoning on the fries. For the amount of time I waited for the food, I'd hope it would at least be sub-par
I go to this zaxbys because it’s the closest to my house and I go once every couple months trying to have hope and give this place the benefit of the doubt but today was my LAST time going to this place. This restaurant on Knox Ave has the WORST service I have ever experienced, the wait is always long just for my order to always be wrong. They charge for extra sauces they never include in the bag. No matter if u do curbside or drive thru the wait is at least ten minutes or more of waisting gas. Just to recieve food that’s not even cooked decently half the time. I will rather take my chances at McDonald’s at least I know it’ll be a 50% chance my experience will be decent compared to the Zaxbys on Knox Ave. If you visit a Zaxbys restaurant I would highly suggest going to the one on Walton Way or Edgefield road instead.
Whenever you go there for lunch, their attention to detail is lacking. They need to slow down and hear their customers instead of rushing them out the door. Consistently let down with food incorrectly prepared or completely left off the order despite my having paid for it. You guys suck.
The food was very good. I got 3 5-finger plates with double fries. My family and I enjoyed it. Will be coming back again. And they have great customer service.
Placed an order ahead of time and waiting for 30 minutes watching drive thru cars come and go. Finally got my food and was cold and soggy. If possible go to the chick fil a down the road.
