Quite possibly the cleanest, friendliest, and freshest Zaxbys I've eaten at. If you're passing through on the interstate this is a great rest stop for a hot, fresh meal served my friendly employees. Love the ambience and music too. Plenty of parking. Several gas stations closeby to choose from.
Bathrooms were nasty smelled like wiz I could see food on the floor behind the counter. Service was great though. Food was typical fast food chicken ….meh
Went through drive thru to place my order the same way I do every time and the girl basically told me I couldn’t order my food that way and I don’t do fried tenders so I left because I wanted grilled tenders. Have always ordered the loaded fries with grilled tenders and she said I couldn’t didn’t ask a manager or anything just told me have a good day when I said I would go to another one. Who were able to take my order just fine with grill chicken on my loaded fries. Will definitely not be going back to this Zaxbys who doesn’t even offer good customer service.
Cleanest, Zaxbys I've ever been in! Staff was friendly and food was fresh!
Stopped to eat here on our way back to GA. Very clean even the restrooms were extra clean. Food was fresh hot and good. Service was quick also.
Stopped here on vacation. Bathroom and dining area extra clean. Took my order and food came out fast and right. Great place.
My drink was all ice, didn't get my order correctly. I don't like Zaxby's but it's more consistent than the other restaurants in the immediate area. Until today when that experience changed. For the price of one* lunch meal these days (almost $15), this is completely unacceptable.
Food was ok just took to long for 2 tacos 30mins
