Disgusting…. Did I just pull up and get handed a bag no communication , deep other conversation somewhere else precious ? I couldn’t believe how old the food was, the chicken was hard and cold. I’m questioning if it’s even from today. Beyond irritated 30$ later . Not happy tried calling several times
The "signature" chicken sandwich was cold and old. I was excited because of the reviews, but I was disappointed with my experience. It may have been because it was 2.5 hours before they closed. The bread was good, though.
Had employees wearing anything no uniform bear lyrics had hats. The wait time was 30 mins in the drive thru. Had an employee or a random person just standing near the drive thru windows just taking a selfie. It looked ridiculous in there. Don't let me get you started on my food. The concept and everything the restaurant is going for seems great. The recipes are great. But last night, when I got my food. The tortilla i had was hard as a rock cold fries hot chicken on top old fries with fresh fries. It was a terrible experience. I hope something changes.
I never ever leave reviews. Especially bad ones. My family stopped here tonight and spent $70. We drive 30 minutes home to find our tacos with NO chicken. Our 3 kids meals with NO chicken. And only ONE order of wings n things when we ordered and PAID for two. I called multiple times with NO answer.
HANDS DOWN the best Drive-thru Chicken Wings IN TOWN! Sporting a splendid variety of sauces bound to hit the spot for anyone looking for the tasty flavors like Teriyaki, or the KICK of their signature "Tongue Torch" .
It's a tearful "so long" to their "Insane" sauce because they were some of the hottest wings I've ever had. But my new yoozh is their "Buffalo Garlic Blaze" wings, which has a decent amount of that KICK we were talking about, but is also incredibly savory.
Plenty of other things to choose from besides wings though. Sandwiches, Salads and sides. (Like the Fried pickles that we love)
The line can move slow and might be a tad expensive. But I've typically found that it's worth both. And the wing devotee in me can't help but yearn for the bleu cheese option.
Not the worst place I’ve eaten at, but they are definitely trying to be! I got a grilled chicken sandwich and it was so gross! Half of the bites I had were just soggy bun, the chicken was weird like plastic and the soda was 3/4 just ice. Service was meh at best. My husband tried the sandwich and between the two of us we couldn’t stand to finish it. Fries were ok and the Zax sauce was good. Wouldn’t try this chain again
I can never order at night from this place. Every time. I even waited a few months to give it another try. First my order was put in wrong, then I was given an attitude when I asked for my drink to be corrected (asked for no ice, got ice). Then I was given the wrong food. Then when i got the right food its wrong. I was too pissed to get it fixed. And the food is bad. Given season-less cold fries, the sandwich i ordered was rung up incorrectly after i explained 3 times how i wanted it, and my buffed fingers just had sauce thrown on top instead of being tossed in the tossing bucket. Yall need to train your night crew better. thought it was just a select few. But if service is still this bad after years. Its whom ever is doing the training.
I got the Cajun grilled chicken and I replaced the fries with chips. The chips were really good. I also ordered fried mushrooms. They were yummy ????. Every thing was Seasoned well.. Very tasty. Wish the lemonade was real..not lemon flavored . my boyfriend got the same thing..we paid 20 bucks for everything. Also make sure to ask for ketchup or you may not get any.????
