One of the best-fried chicken salads is available. It's a must-stop if you're running up or down I95.
I love Zaxby’s when the employees get the order right when I order online. But it’s very hit or miss. Today I received a unsweetened iced tea with no ice when I ordered a sweet tea WITH ice. But the coleslaw that was given to me was laughable. A tablespoon of coleslaw. Like, c’mon guys. How could you give this to a customer? Is there a coleslaw shortage? This wasn’t a big or difficult order.
Zaxbys needs to get their crap together and the operational manager needs glasses saying they put extra cheese and ranch on my loaded fries… smh Zaxbys is getting ridiculous... the food taste like it sits out all day long. The chicken tenders are hard and nasty. The wings are dry. The fries are hard and taste old also. You never get what you pay for anymore. It's like they charge you extra just to keep your money. The new management needs to retrain employees and need to be trained themselves. I can honestly say I will NEVER order from this restaurant again. You waste money plus they pocket some by charging for things you order and never give you what you paid for. They need to shut this location down
Carlos and his coworkers were so very friendly. Food was as good as can be for fast food, hit the spot.
This store is a whole joke. I placed an order for pickup for DoorDash. When I got there someone stole my food. I talked to the counter. They said oh well. Not there problem. Manager was super unhelpful. Rude. Just so everyone knows. Any food on the shelves in the lobby is free and up for grabs. According to the manager. This store thinks they don’t have to verify who picks the order up. Since they had problems with people wanting to verify their orders. So now they set it on the shelf and HOPEFULLY the correct person gets it. Door dash them selves said they needed to cancel the order so I can get a refund. They wouldn’t. Door dash also said they are responsible for remaking my food. Which they also were SUPER UNWILLING to help. I had to call cooperate and DoorDash for them to help me. RIDICULOUS. $140 worth of food for my family , gone. Hope whoever stole it enjoyed it.
Had to wait in drive through forever because they were so slow (over 15 minutes). Ordered chicken tacos and got basically a chicken finger wrapped in a tortilla DROWN in dressing with a tiny little bit of the cole slaw mixture. It was a HOT MESS. One of them wasn't even wrapped all the way making an even bigger mess with SO much of the dressing. I know it's a new location seems like a little more effort to please the customer.
If I could give Zero stars, I would. The management here is the rudest I have ever seen.
We ordered 2 loaded fries, and they couldn't even get the order right. We were told by Shawnta or shonda. (Couldn't understand her to actually get her name) She told us to come back the next day and the order would be remade!
We went the next day (today, 11/7 @ 1pm) and the manager on duty is refusing the remake of the food they messed up the day before. She covered her name and would not give her name when asked. She was very rude and loud. I am not sure how she is a manager conducting herself in that manner. Zaxbys needs to take a look at this location and its management.
Now, the fries didn't have anything we asked for on them. They were so hard they were inedible. How does an establishment mess up such a simple order, and then when you ask for it to be corrected, you are berated and told no.
I will no longer be going to this establishment and will not be recommending it to anyone.
To anyone reading the reviews, I highly recommend any other establishment in this area, and I would avoid this Zaxbys.
To Zaxbys, this isn't the first time this has happened at this location, and I would highly recommend having an RGM look into the management and food practices.
Ordered extra sauce I payed for got no sauce at all. Not just that I ordered a Dr Pepper and gave my coke could have just said you were out I also had a sweet tea and you gave me an unsweetened one w. T. F.
