Love Zaxbys and and eat there whenever we travel (none near home). Only issue with this store, one sauce for 4 fingers. Extra sauce is $.25. It’s only $.25 I know but at the same time, it’s only $.25! $13 for chicken fingers, throw in an extra sauce if they ask for it. Otherwise, love the food!
Walking in the place to eat is way better than eating out and going drive through. Food is night and day difference. Also a lady named Abigail has been snarky with my wife when ordering and I do not appreciate that at all. Please make sure the food you get inside is just as good at the drive through.
We have loved the new Tacos, until we came to this Zaxby's. My husband gets the taco with grilled chicken. Every Zaxby's we have been to, and there are quite a few across the state of GA we have visited, has no problem accommodating this request. Not this Zaxby's! They flat out refused to switch out the fried chicken with grilled. All they had to do was cut up some grilled chicken. It's not difficult. To make matters even worse, the manager was absolutely rude!
Abysmal customer service. Meal was wrong and employees copped a serious attitude when I came in and asked for it to be remade. This is the 3rd time I've had to drive back to this location for this same thing, and I don't think they've ever once said anything along the lines of "What can we do to fix it?", just got irritated you had the audacity to ask for it fixed. Zaxby's is too expensive to not get what you ordered. I would not be writing this review if they had simply offered to remake it, that's all I wanted.
Feb 28 2023 at 5:02 pm went through drive through at Zaxby’s in Blue Ridge we ordered 20 chicken fingers Roldan wimpy sauce, first problem. The sign in the drive-through said it was $25 and change got to the window. They charged us $31. I live all the way out in McCaysville when I got home there’s no Wimpy sauce anywhere to be found on the way which I have pictures to show call the manager she said all she could do is if I brought it back to fix it well that’s a lot of gas Needless to say, I’m very disappointed
Pathetic service, attitude and even more pathetic sandwiches. as another reviewer has posted the staff seems to think that every drop of sauce or ketchup is coming out of their paycheck.
The tenders are beyond old fries are cold and barely any cheese bites the bread was the only edible part of the meal!
Food's great BUT...... the service SUCKS the employees are RUDE! They take for ever getting you your food. When they leave something out and you ask for it and you even show them on the receipt they look at you like you did something wrong. Having conversations on the front line that should be carried to the back. All the employees working there have the sour lemon looks on their faces, so either bad management or they need new employees. I was with someone recently that works in food deliveries and they was picking up a order and pulled into the drive-thur parking trying to save regular parking for the customers and they yelled at them to move! It's not like there was people fighting for parking spots. Thank goodness this company has good because if not they would be out of business! Eat at this zaxby's with caution!!!
