Our daughter really wanted chicken so we stopped in to grab a quick bite. The food was fine until we looked over and saw the roach (there were 2, one on the wall and one on the floor at the counter). Location is just not clean and we won’t be returning to this one.
Friendly and fast! They also had a party of 20 come in when we were there. They handled it so well and kept it together and worked really good as a team. While handling other customers coming inside and drive thru! They all deserve a raise. Food was fresh and delicious ????
Eric was amazing! He made the experience super fun and just had a great attitude! We had something wrong with our meal and he fixed it extremely quickly.
Tried a different Zaxbys on a trip to Ocala (the other one was on Silver Springs Blvd. months ago) and wanted to check things out. Chicken fingers were decent, but overall very small. Fries? Way too salty/seasoned for me. Plus they really pile on the fries with your meal. Cole slaw was good, but just a small cup. Garlic bread was good. I know all restaurants are expensive but the value for a dinner/drink was way too expensive. I'll try Zaxbys again down the road, but it'll be a very long time and hope they improve on pricing, less salty fries, and bigger chicken fingers.
The staff was awesome. Especially the manger, he was just the most outgoing and his enthusiasm was great. Every place should be like that.
Always a wonderful chix tender meal. Staff is always exceptional. Love the staff they always call me by my name and know what I will order. My grandson always go w me and won't eat at any other chix place. We love Zaxbys.
Why do I consistently get no fork for my coleslaw and honey mustard when I ask for HOT HONEY MUSTSRD. Consistently!!!
Poor service !!!! Very poor
Its okay, too acid, but people like it, so its gotta be me. Luckily for me I had some jelly’s left over from my last meal at Burger king.
