Zaxbys has great food, but the portions of the food have shrunk tremendously. I remember coming here maybe a year or two ago, they used to serve full size trays now they serve their food in small boxes. I usually get the boneless wings meal and this is what I received, for $11!!! This is ridiculous, it seriously looks like a kids meal. I should’ve went back and asked for a refund. The manager showed no concern at all, she apologized and asked if I wanted to come back for a small fry. Are you kidding? What am I gonna do with a small fry??!!!!
Food was great, made to order and hot. Everything was properly seasoned as well.
Wings were pretty good and tenders were juicy inside.
Not a fan of the "New" sauce but to each its own

Do not dine in here unless you can deal with over 80 degree heat! The Air Conditioning has been broken at this restaurant for several weeks or more and is unbearably hot. It feels like a greenhouse with the heat being trapped inside with nowhere to go. It is hotter inside than it is outside which is scary considering it has been over 90 degrees the past few days. They could at least turn on a fan or keep the doors open to let in some air but management decides to keep the heat in. I asked one of the employees if the air conditioning was being fixed and he said he “was giving up hope”. I don’t how anyone can dine in at this place let alone work in these conditions. Management is severely letting down the customers and their staff by having people operate in these conditions!
$12 just fir 5 wings n fries to much if u ask me plus made itba large don't see the difference in which I paid more for also asked for extra season got none at all clearly the receipt said extra season other than that food was great and my wife loved her cobb fried salad
The cashier was not ultra friendly but he was not rude. The food was prepared quickly. The cashier suggested ordering 3 cookies instead of 2 to save money, so that was nice. Unfortunately, that was the best part of the meal.
The cashier was unable to explain the difference between a combo number one and a combos number two.
The chicken fingers and fries were warm, but it was not hot. It did not seem fresh. The chicken and the fries were very bland. I don’t need a lot of spice or seasoning, but this was some of the blandest food I’ve eaten in a while. There wasn’t even salt or any seasoning on the fries.
The dining area wasn’t too clean. We had to clean off our own table. (This is during the worker shortage of 2022, so that is somewhat understandable.) The drink machine was out of most option.
At $10 for a chicken finger combo, I need something with flavor and that is still somewhat fresh. I do not think Zaxby’s is for me.
Placed a mobile order when i picked it up in the drive through noticed i was missing 2 items so i went back to the speaker to let them know the mic was not turned off and the kitchen guy proceeded to cuss saying that’s a lie that im missing those items and so on over the speaker where i can hear him. I pull to the window and the window person actually had forgotten to give me the bag. My point is turn the mic off if you’re going to be acting like that when it was a mistake on the front of your store to the customer. I spend close to $50 each visit here for my family and to be called a liar on the stores fault i will not return i did mention this to the person at the window that i could hear what what being said and advised you should turn the mic off next time.
I will seek other restaurants not worth my business anymore.
Would’ve been nice if we were told about the tacos no longer being an option. It was showing on your website to add to the order. Just heads up.
Let me start with wow.
The line here is, ridiculous. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since it was Lunch Time. Once it was time to order the gentleman was very hard to hear and I had to keep repeating myself. Once at the window I asked if I could add the Tacos for myself and my Husband and they said they couldn't do that there. I was like okay, in my head guessing Zaxbys doesn't like money. Then, I get home and open up what was supposed to be a 5 piece tender meal and was very disappointed to see the tenders in the box. SO SMALL. For 23 dollars and .25 for a ranch cup, that is unacceptable. Your better off buying a couple full bags of tenders from the grocery store, which I often do for this reason. I Will not be returning and don't need a computer generated response apologizing to me about my experience, this isn't my first rodeo.
