Had the Kickin chicken sandwich, can yall tell me where the buffalo sauce? I remember they used to make this sandwich saucy, and that’s why I liked it but I don’t even wanna eat it, it looks so dry. Ugh fr. This ain’t right
First time going to this one, I ordered three meals. Had to get two drinks remade but everything else seemed okay. When I got home I found two meals had fries that were so old and recooked that they were brown! They had obviously reheated these fries all day. I won't be returning to this restaurant ever again!
Horrible service! Pull ed up to the drive-through, disrespectful young lady trying to rush me while I’m trying to place my order. Had to sit in parking spot for 17 minutes waiting on my food. When I get home, I noticed there’s barely one chicken strip and little pieces chopped on top of the salad. Called the store. Spoke to the disrespectful manager NAYA who was not pleasant to speak with. This location sucks! I understand Katie is the general manager, do better!
One and done for me and my wife at this restaurant. First time ever in a Zaxby’s. My Chicken wings were cold and her chicken sandwich was cold and the french fries were cold. The seasoning on the fries however fantastic, and the seasoning on the chicken wings is amazing as well.
I haven't been to Zaxby's in years because there aren't any where I live, but I've always loved their food. The chicken at this location was HOT. It must have come right out of the friar and was super fresh. Just like I remembered.
“For future references can you pull up to the door and check your food”
Considering you just gave me two salads, 5 meals in total with no forks, no napkins and one sauce why should I have to pull up to see what’s missing? Now I have to get out my car and come inside? No
3 stars because the food was fresh.
Visited this location at about Noon on July 14. Paige demonstrated incredibly poor customer service. She was too busy speaking with her friends in the back of the house to wait on the customer appropriately.
food was amazing! service was quick. my chicken sandwich was very juicy and had tons of zax sauce on it, when usually every zaxby’s i go to put little to none on it!
