Ordered online. 3 salads, 3 orders of wings. Got home.. 2 salads. Called them for a refund on a salad. They had to go back with my card and try to do a refund. Checked my account, charged a higher amount than the original order. Got my original order refund, but the higher amount is still being charged to my account. Don’t get the whole process.
Don’t think I will be going back. The food was good although the wings were so hard and dry you couldn’t eat them.
First and last time for zaxbys. Also waiting for 68.00 to show up in my account
I get delivery from here a lot. I tend to stick to chicken finger meals. I live to try different sauces but they do tend to forget some on my orders frequently. Chicken is good quality but not fantastic. Sauce variety is great. Their tongue torch is hot but not overly so. Nuclear on the other hand borders on self harm which some spice addicts will love!
The customer service was great and super quick! The food however is another story, the fries were delicious and seasoned well and the Zaxby's sauce is yummy however the chicken was tough like it had been over cooked or sat out for awhile which is a bit of a bummer tbh.
The service was not very kind after we had a great experience with cashier Justin opened the door which was great as my wife in wheelchair. Also the door entry was not handicap accessible as it should be. Here a pic. Waiting for food looked in bag missing fries and as the cook said they didnt get charged for fries. Well if you would have looked at receipt we did and upgraded to large. Finally sat down to eat my wife's chicken sandwich was cold old chicken and my sandwich was slopped together. So I took it up to have remade and then here is the picture of the remade one. Was not a pleasant experience at all! I really love Zaxby's food.????????
I only eat the zen salad I wish y’all would keep it on full time it’s my number 1
The food was burnt and flavorless. Their "Tongue Torch" sauce is just Tobasco in a different package. And their chicken strips were ridiculously small. The only redeeming quality of the place was the staff was friendly. That's it.
Go to Huey Magoo or Raising Cain's Chicken. It's the same price but you get more flavor and more food for the price.
Finally tried Zaxby’s today. For fast casual, this place is off the chain. Had the bleu "Zalad,” buffaloed (left). It was a trough of salad. Fresh romaine, bigger and better than my usual go-to Wendy’s spicy chicken Caesar (right) for just 60 cents more...not to mention, served on a Texas sized plate with Texas toast.
I placed an order inside and who ever the girl was at the register was too busy multi tasking and got my order wrong and did not get all the food i ordered. Upon getting home I also noticed on how little amount of cheddar bites yall serve it barely filled up half the tote and it’s a small tote.
