They should really learn to clean their drink machine. That’s ridiculous
The amount of fries they give you is so inconsistent it’s honestly maddening. I GO BIG on my fry everytime yet these guys constantly give me a McDonald’s small fry essentially.
I couldn't help but write a review.
This was the FASTEST DRIVE THRU I've ever been to.
It was lunch and they were busy but they had the Food in my hand faster than I got my card back.
The food was good, the service was friendly and if I lived here this would be my ZAXBYS
HORRIBLE. I haven’t been to Zaxby’s since I worked as an assistant manager there years ago, (at another location) however my daughter wanted to try it. We go through drive thru, I order a Cobb salad with wimpy tossed tenders on the side. She orders a kids tender meal with a kids Dr Pepper. The white younger lady with glasses in the drive thru handed me the kids drink.. the lid wasnt on and it spilled all over me… I asked the lady can you pls give me napkins (as she seen it spill on me) because the lid doesn’t fit on this drink properly. She just looks at me and hands me 1 napkin. ONE single NAPKIN!!! I said may I please have more? She then goes and grabs me 2 more napkins. A joke. Then she hands me my food. We go home to eat.. and I realize the tenders are plain, no wimpy sauce in the bag either. So I go all the way back to Zaxby’s, I walk in and tell the guy at the front what’s going on.. he said can I have your receipt, the same girl in the drive thru doesn’t say a word as she’s seeing me stand right there, just a weird stare. So I go back out to my car and grab the receipt. He grabs my side of plain tenders & says to the person in the back, can you toss these in wimpy. I said no sir, I want fresh hot tenders tossed in wimpy how I should’ve gotten it in the drive thru, not these cold tenders. Again the lady with the glasses just stands there and looks at me strangely. Not sure what her problem was and why she made the staring uncomfortable but what a horrible waste of time and money. My daughters tenders were great but the fries were super salty. Won’t be back! Ickkkk.
Terrible experience 2 days ago!!! They literally just threw the food in the plate any kind of way, the drink machine was down at 6:30pm and I’m not sure if they ever fixed it. Zaxby’s used to be sooooo much better in the early 2000s. I will say the one star is for my food actually being hot this time.
Firstly, I’ll start off by saying if there was anyway to give a lower rating I would. For starters any time I go here, they always get my order wrong or on the miracle that it’s correct, the portions/presentation is absolutely pitiful. As you can see from the picture these “Tenders” are not even bigger than my own finger! Really? A tender? Come on. Almost 11$ for four miniature tenders and some fries? How does that even make sense. My husband even got a chicken sandwich there and the patty was no bigger than a half dollar coin! When trying to take it back we get incompetent people looking me dead in the eyes completely unsure what the problem was? Unbelievable. Over priced place for no quality food. There needs to be some serious management change. I will never be going here again. Lastly, It’s not uncommon to get someone else’s order either.
Since when do you only get this many fries! This sure is some expensive fries these days.
I am the only car in drive through. I order a kiddie meal and a zaxpac.
I have to pull up so my food is brought out in the rain. So your service clock shows you more efficient than you are????
