Better off going to the gas station across the road. My boyfriend and I placed our order and they never called our name over the speaker. When my boyfriend went up to ask what the wait was, and they had our food ready now that the four people after us got their food… he had to go back up to get the extra sauce that we had to pay for. The final straw for me was when I had to go up and ask about my milkshake since another groups of kids came in after us and all got their milkshakes and mine was no where to be found. The portions here are an actual joke. I put the sauce cup I had to pay for next to the “tender” to show how tiny it was. Tables weren’t clean, floor was filthy, and almost all of the seating inside the restaurant was closed off.
I waited for 2 minutes at the speaker. To be greeted with can I help you!
Then told her I'd be scanning my app she said they do that at the window.
Then I get 2 egg rolls that were put back in the grease to heat up. I know because I've had to stop employees from doing so before.
They are maybe 3 on taste. If I wasn't hungry I'd throw them out.

Ordered family meal through the drive through. Get all the way home a the tenders wasn’t in there. Instead I got a wings and things plate. I didn’t get all of my sauces, which I paid for. I ask for them when I order my food to make sure that I get charged for them because I order a specific amount each time. Once I’m home and realized that I didn’t get the $50 worth of food that I paid for, I called up there to speak with a manager. He told me if I came back up there he would replace the meal for the inconvenience. When I got back up there he refused to replace the meal and only gave me the missing tenders. Wouldn’t give me the missing sauce. I then had to go back home with the tenders and everything else was cold by the time I got back home with it. So my family had to eat cold fries, cold bread, and hot tenders with out the sauce that I paid for! Terrible customer service. I will not be back to the commerce/banks crossing location. We usually do the family meal twice a month at the Jefferson location and it’s always perfect. This is the third time we have tried to give banks crossing the benefit of the doubt and each time something is always missing. Always rude workers. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.
not one to leave reviews. I give a lot of slack because I know how working customer service is but I ordered my food with extra seasoning and got little to none. Also the thing that made me write this review was I was vv nice to the cashier and she was vv rude. Sorry but when someone says have a good day try not slamming the window and ignoring them. Edit: Everytime coming here there’s never someone with a smile on their face. as someone who works in customer service I know it can be hard but it’s ridiculous to not even greet a guest. Yall need to have a team meeting or something.
Food was good, as always, but recently I’ve been going inside to pick up my food, and I’ve noticed, if you know someone, you’re getting customer service and checked on, if they don’t know you, don’t expect a welcome in, or a what can I do for you. I came in to pick up my online order and the gentleman on shift looked at me and went to act like he was doing something, stood there for about 3 minutes with him looking at me and looking away, then as soon as a guy came in that he was familiar with, he got right in front of me and chatted then grabbed his food, at which point I got impatient since customer service isn’t a thing, and asked if they had my order in the back yet as there was nothing in the designated spot for pick ups. And of course it was, so I wasted my time waiting there due to customer service not being executed. Very childlike cliquish environment.
The service was good, but the fries tasted like they were from the night before and reheated. The chicken was okay, but probably the worst I've had from any Zaxby's in a long time. For the price, I expect better. The bathroom was pretty nasty. There are better options around Commerce.
So I went here one time it was like 10:27 like a few minutes before they opened at 10:30 , and they wouldn’t serve me so I went somewhere else. First issue.
Ok so fast forward a few weeks later I get food from here and I bit into my boneless wings and realized it was raw:)))) this place sucks, service sucks and the food sucks and always has . Plus they barely give you any food
Good food, but usually slow drive thru line. It was ridiculously slow tonight and, when we got around to the speaker, we saw a sign stating that the headset wasn't working and that they're taking orders at the window. The line took FOREVER to move. They could have put a sign at the BEGINNING of the drive thru lne instead of making us wait all that time to find out.
