The service was very good the lady taking my order was nice. On the other hand the food is not worth the price I ordered the 8 wing meal and the wings were extremely dry barely covered in sauce I had to add my own sauce.
Its been a while since I've been here and I remember why. The food is overpriced to the quality. The wings we uncredibly small and as my kids would refer them to pidgeon wings. The food came our luke warm and it was obvious that it was sitting around for a while from after being cooked. Most likely will not return. This place is more expensive than BWW. Restaurant was clean and there was a ton of parking. I guessnit was becuase I was the only dining in. I paid roughly $22 for 10 wings, fried and a drink.
Every I come here it’s the same, wasn’t bad but needs attention ASAP!!! It has now happened twice that they have forgotten things in my order( going through the drive through) management or someone needs to get this taken care of are of. We are the ones paying for our meals and getting home and not having them sucks…. I didn’t go back and argued because I do know that we all have a very busy schedule and long days at work but it needs to be fixed asap!!!
I had just bought the chicken finger plate and had made it home to eat and they were stale and way too crunchy, like they have been out, all day or way over cooked (it wasn’t at all moist and juicy)… I normally enjoy this restaurant, although I never really get anything from here, but after this experience? I am not sure I want to come back. If ya’ll are not going to care enough about the food and make it nice and fresh, I will NOT be coming back!!!!! Even Chick-fil-A is better than this garbage. Chick-fil-A is constantly making their food fresh and customer’s happy! I have NEVER had this kind of experience at Chick-fil-A >:|. Other than that, the fries and sweet tea were awesome!
Food has been good however today after waiting 15+ min in drive thru {why??} I was asked to pay close to 3 dollars more than the price listed on the menu board. Even accounting for tax.
I was told that I was wrong so I went back around to check.
Well, I don't think I was wrong and when I asked about the difference no explanation was offered. Not worth an argument over something so black and white and silly... Lol
As always... check your receipts carefully against what you expect to pay.
Very disappointed. This place was once pretty good. It has gone downhill. Order was incorrect. I ordered a #1. Hard to mess that up I thought.
I really wish this place could get its act together. Every single time I use this location, I am disappointed in one way or another. Sometimes it’s completely messing up an order and sometimes it’s the small but stupid things. For instance: today, I ordered two 6 pc finger baskets. Finger baskets (correct me if I am wrong) come with Zax sauce, correct? Well, mine came with all ranch packets. And if you know anything about little old me, I believe Ranch to be the most disgusting food item ever concocted. So, you can understand my frustration at getting home, and expecting to see Zax sauce, but being greeted instead by the most disgusting condiment ever.
I am sure the reason for this change up was the fact that I had paid extra to toss all of these tenders in wing sauce. And I assume this is just your go to policy. If it is: CHANGE IT. This should be a question not an assumption. As I am literally without half my meal as I do not have Zax sauce, I do not want to drive back, and I refuse to eat my soggy fries without it.
Speaking of soggy fries: your takeout containers make everything soggy. Perhaps complain to corporate, or use more bags so you aren’t stacking 4-5 boxes on top of each other inside of a plastic bag making the condensation moisten everything inside before it’s even a mile down the road.
I had really good traditional wings here today for lunch. I got “nuclear” as my wing sauce but I wouldn’t say that it is any hotter than medium-hot flavors at other places. It’s a great flavor for the wings though. They were served with ranch. They had no problem with my request of all flats. I do not think there was an extra charge for that. Dining room area was mostly empty and clean. Drink machine was one of those Coke dispensers with tons of options. Overall a very good experience.
