Was my first time eating it but I will be back for sure . Great food and drinks
OK y'all so it's been quite a while since I've had Zaxby's. Decided to go yesterday for dinner and grab a salad. It was great. I stuffed myself to the max. Yes I know. I shouldn't have but it was so delicious. So if you're looking for a great salad, so by and you won't be disappointed. ????
I've tried to give this place my business, but this is the last straw. I visited no less than 5 times this year. It's very inconsistent.
To illustrate my frustration, yesterday, I went early on the way to somewhere else for work. Not only did I get less than what I ordered, the chicken was cold, and the fries were soggy and undercooked as if the fryer wasn't very hot when they cooked everything. Even the toast was cold. As one of the first customers of the day, how is this possible?
Other times, I've come and had the best cheese curds I've had at Zaxby's or the worst I've had at Zaxby's. Sometimes they put sauce in the bag, others they miss. I mean the "service" is generally fast, just don't expect to be happy with what you bought.
The moral of the story is to set your expectations low for this franchise, and maybe you'll be somewhat pleasantly surprised. Otherwise, go to Cane's or Southern Classic. They never let you down on fresh food and tasty sides.
First time stopping in shreveport and I love some Zaxbys. So naturally I'm over hyping this meal. But it really hit the spot. 14 hours on the road, just wanna eat and kick back. And I did just that. Great food, door dashed it to the motel. Delicious, just as I ordered it. and the driver jeff was too notch. Very pleased with this meal. I'm picky, so it's saying something that all my little quirks, and request were taken care of. Two thumbs up guys.

It seems no matter how many times I try and give this location a chance it's always something. I honestly feel like they just hire lazy workers. They often forget food items, one order I got the 8 great boneless meal and they literally just gave me the boneless wings. No fries, or toast and there was so much sauce on the wings that it ran out of the container and spilled all over me. And then today my husband drove through and got our usual and we both got a large drink but he comes home with a medium. When I asked him what happened he said when he mentioned it should've been a large they respond "this is all we had". But you still gave my husband a large? Not only that but they still charged us for the large drink. Never again...
I pulled up to the drive through after placing my order on my mobile app. They said it wasn’t quite ready so pull up to the window. When I pulled up they said that is not ready to pull around the other side where the entrance is and they’ll bring it out to me. Before I pulled around I reiterated what I had ordered with condiments and everything. They said no problem. I pulled around to the entrance and sat there for 15 minutes waiting. I decided to walk inside and see what was up. Mind you it was a small order. It was sitting in the Doordash delivery pickup window. Without my drink. They were missing two of my sauces and the fries didn’t hand seasoning on them. That’s just shows a lack of management and uncaring staff in general.
I’d say that it was a great experience, however I couldn’t help but wonder how bad the employees felt not having proper A/C. I know for a fact that if I was sweating eating my food, the employees were as well. So my 1 star isn’t for the staff that were working, it’s for the people who behind the scenes not talking to customers because obviously they don’t care about their employees!! That a shame!! Something needs to be done.
Zaxby’s is usually good but not at this location. I’m not sure if it’s because I went through a rush hour.
I believe that all our meals needs to be cooked well accordingly to company’s standards.
Apparently, I tried their new chicken bacon ranch loaded fries and was highly disgusted by the lack of time the staff cooked it.
First of all, the lady at the drive thru did an excellent job with professionalism. The cooks was where I had an issue with.
My meal was not cooked properly. The fries are uncooked and had lack of taste. I just tried one bite and was done.
Overall, I will give another Zaxby’s a try but not this location.
