Not sure what all the hype is. Chicken was good but nothing to write home about. The lady at the counter was just rude. Very short and snappy. No greeting or anything like that', looked at us like we were idiots. This was our first time here and she treated us poorly.
I have been going to this Zaxbys a long time and twice now I’ve asked for sweet and spicy sauce on my chicken bacon ranch fries and have not gotten it.
The front staff was not attentive. I asked what the difference was in two sandwiches and was told, "I don't know." After ordering one sandwich and she just looked at me, I changed my order to a salad. Didn't get dressing and then had to pay for it when I went back to ask. But it was a good salad, and their chicken is usually terrific.
They advertise curbside delivery. That's not true, I checked in when I got there, waited 10 minutes, checked in again, waited again and still nothing. I finally had to limp into the store on a very sprained ankle, found my order sitting on a shelving unit getting cold. Also, the egg rolls were burnt to a crisp and not edible. Very disappointed and my foot is killing me.
Placed a mobile order and we were told to wait in a parking spot. 30 minutes later, we went inside and it had been just sitting on the counter. Everyone seemed very confused. We even had to return for a missing drink. I usually don't write reviews but this was pretty irritating. We've never had great experiences at this location, but this was the last attempt for us.
Ridiculous customer service. I received my meal food was old rubbery dry UNREAL !!!! Average person spends $15 definitely towards the top end of fast food but get better hot food

This place ain’t how it used to be since they got the shrimp now. Literally all food items taste like straight up fish with a mix of no flavor. Customer service was chill but the food is garbage now. It would be better if y’all didn’t share the fryers with shrimp. You can tell y’all be using same oil with everything bc legit all the food was like I was eating at a long John silvers.
I was disappointed that my chicken fingers tasted like seafood. As someone who absolutely hates seafood, it was disgusting. Not to mention unsafe for those that have seafood allergies. Please consider frying chicken and seafood in separate oils.
