The food was so disappointing, the wing sauce was pure salt and we got nuclear flavor. They gave my boyfriend a travel size wing, while they gave me a cruchy burnt ahh wing. And the fries were basically raw AND salty. The cooks did not feel like working???? BRUH AND ONE OF MY WINGS HAD A BIG HAIR
Smallest strips I've ever seen at any location. I didn't realize I was ordering chicken fries.
I visited my local Zaxby’s and ordered the Big Zax Snack, specifically asking for the tenders to be tossed in Nuclear sauce. Unfortunately, the tenders were barely coated with the sauce. This isn't the first time I've encountered this issue at this location, but today it was especially disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve the consistency of the food preparation in the future.
First time ever visiting a Zaxby and I must say it wasn’t what I had heard about. The food was not bad, but definitely not a home run! My chicken tenders had obviously been sitting under a heating lamp, and the wing sauce left a lot to be desired. The seasoning used on the chicken tenders is outstanding! My fries were good, and I love the big selection from the drink machine. Overall the staff was very nice. I would come back again.
I literally just left and got home and saw how horrible my salad looked! I asked for my chicken on the side (no complaints about that) and literally had to pick up the old lettuce and dig thru to find the cheese, cucumbers and onion strips. The price of everything is higher now, so giving people half meals is unacceptable. The manager did offer to have it remade when I called and I declined. I was already home and had literally just driven 6 hours back to GA. This was the fried house zalad without tomatoes… barely any cucumber, cheese, onion strips. I could count the shreds of cheese, about 3 small soggy cucumbers and onion strip crumbs. Pics below
I’ve been coming to this location for years with no issue but yesterday I felt like I was lied to from the Hispanic male manager. We’ve always ordered the armor Palmer drink. I do realize that you don’t have Minute Maid (lemonade) anymore. He flat out told me they don’t sell that particular drink anymore but I’m looking at the handcrafted lemonade machine . I said ok. Got my big zax snack meals and left. When I got to the car I called around to see if that particular drink had been discontinued and they said NO! They explained to me that you can pay an extra $1 for the hand crafted lemonade/plus tea. I was never even given that opportunity at this location.
These folks load you to the top with ice for those high priced drinks. Paid $4 for a regular lemonade took two swallows and it’s gone. Now I’m sipping air and ice water..lol. Im guessing she wanted me to have more water than actual lemonade. It’s a shame that Zaxby’s train their employees to be stingy on the so called premium drinks giving ppl more ice than anything. Ridiculous. On the other hand they have good service and hospitality.
I have always loved Zaxby's! This location, though very busy, was super quick and very friendly. Despite being 5th in line we still barely waited 5 minutes for our food. The restaurant was also very clean which is always a bonus. I got my go to Wings & Things with Hot Honey Mustard sauce and everything was very good quality. I'll definitely be returning to this location in the near future!
