Advertisement was a lie… Unfortunately Mr Beast Box looked way better in the pictures and the reality was very underwhelming. If you advertise an overflowing box with big pieces of chicken you gotta give the same thing. Other than that the customer service was good. But waste of money.
Maybe you guys should have the drive through person text the orders to the kids phones on the prep line so they can get the orders correct.... if they spent half as much time and energy preparing food as they do texting and goofing off, maybe we would get the food we ordered the way we ordered it. It should've been this restaurant instead of Fatz that closed.
Food was pretty good, priced fairly, the inside of the restaurant however needed some attention when it came to cleanliness. Employee at the counter was great however. Just being honest. Otherwise a decent place
Ordered a Zensation salad, bowl only half full. Mgr.said they have cut back salad by half per orders from corporate. Tiny bit of lettuce for $11.00. Mgr. filled bowl up but said I would not be getting that much lettuce again.i told her I won't return , she just shrugged her shoulders. Dissapointed this regular customer. Rockys salads are FULL at a lower price. Bye Zaxbys.
I could eat here three to four times a week. There food is almost always fresh and well worth the wait. The employees are always nice and seem quick to respond. The only reason I didn't give it a five, is at times they go thru spells of forgetting things on orders. They do make it right, but it can be a hassle to have to drive back there.
It's great for the most part, but I really wish they'd learn to read the order slip correctly. I had an app order, no toast, coleslaw and guess what......see pic
Chicken served hot and fresh. Sweet tea was delicious. Restaurant could use some tables cleaned, but otherwise, it was very good.
I love Zaxby's greatest food always!!! Good service but sometimes a little slow at the drive through, because it's so busy...
