I genuinely feel like this store has went increasingly downhill for the past few years. I used to work here and when I did, the customers and management combined made me go insane, so I don’t necessarily blame the employees for their bad service because it makes it hard to succeed as a team member when you don’t have a supportive team or management. Unfortunately that is the case for many workplaces in this day and age.
My husband and I have been avoiding coming here but we were craving it tonight. We pull up to the speaker to give our order. There was some confusion about the order because she couldn’t hear us properly but she was quick to tell us our total without repeating the order back to us or asking if that would complete our order. When we drove to the window clarified our order because the total didn’t come up to what it should have. The girl seemed irritated, but corrected the order. We were asked to pull up to wait a little longer for the food, which is fine. When the girl came to give us our order my husband thanked her and said “have a good night.” She didn’t say a single word, just walked off , shaking her head a bit and throwing the door open.
The food was good other than the fact the nibblers buns were cut so unevenly there was barely any top bun on any of them.
I just felt upset at the whole interaction. On one hand I can understand why someone would be frustrated and act out if all odds were against them (I remember having rude customers and a terrible management, not a good mix), but on the other, I’m disappointed at how bad this location got.
Drive thru was quick but No greetings/ not a hello- goodbye or thank you. Everything had a fish taste to it and extremely salty. The chicken strips were salty, fries were old and stale. Even the lemonade tasted watered dow. Very disappointing
Came in yesterday order about $50 of food . Waiting about 5-10 min in line to get hard and cold food . Called and the manager at first told me I can come I next business day because at the moment I couldn’t go back . Came in today and gave my receipt and now being told I cannot get my food replacement! That I had to bring in my old food back . When I was never told that because I would have if I told to do so. Do better and cook better ! Nobody wants to spend $50 to receive cold and hard food to then not be helped . Carmelo manager we no help and unprofessional
What a wonderful surprise!!! After visiting Legoland, and on our way to Fort Lauderdale, we were all hungry!! We ordered the 20 piece chicken tenders!! What a great idea!! All of the food was hot, and well seasoned. Everyone was so happy!!!
On our way back to Miami we stopped into Zaxby's. The bathroom was very clean. The young lady who took our order was very efficient read back the order for us to make sure it was correct. We ordered cheese bites, fries, chicken wings, and a chicken sandwich. The food was so good! The cheese bites were hot freshly cooked. The fries had the right amount of seasoning. The chicken was so tender, fried to perfection, and the sauces were great. We will definitely be adding Zaxby's to our road trip stops.
I just wanted to share my experience. Lately my experience with take out has not been pleasurable. The customer service has been lousy and the food quality has went down the drain. But today was different I visited my local Zaxby’s and my food was amazing the customer service was excellent the chicken taste like chicken it was seasoned and hot. The food was fresh and the quality was beyond my expectations my fries were hot and crispy. I was so delighted by this experience, my sweet tea taste like sweet tea. I just want to give a true shout out to management and the service team thank you for all you do and all your doing I will be back.
I visited Zaxby’s on Cypress Gardens Boulevard in Winterhaven on July 15th around 6 p.m. and was served by Jayden. I ordered a Signature Club Sandwich Meal which included a Signature Club Sandwich, a large fry, and a large drink. Additionally, I purchased a five-piece Chicken Fingers with Hot Honey Mustard sauce.
While the food quality was up to the usual Zaxby’s standards and the sandwich and fries were delicious, I was disappointed to find that the Hot Honey Mustard sauce I requested was missing from my order. This was particularly unfortunate as it affected my enjoyment of the chicken fingers.
Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but the missing sauce was a letdown. I hope this is addressed for future visits.
There is never any seasoning on my fries every single time I come. Never hot food. Always sub par quality and this time I was charged 2.49 for a large water which is wild !! At least warn me when I order it! I’m always so optimistic when ordering at this location thinking “maybe, just maybe this time it’ll be good… or at least decent” but nope. Now I’m gonna finish this pathetic meal as I weep onto my soggy plain fries.
