There were plenty of choices, although we both got fingerz. The Asian salad looked great so I can't wait to try next time.
The sweet tea could have been sweeter but I just added a little lemonade and it was better.
And we were both impressed by the decor of the dining area.
Great food but a roach climbed out onto the wall of our booth and went on our table and just took a stroll through our food we had 4 people sitting at the booth my hubby had to kill it probably still is on the floor at our booth. Told manager he may want to get that checked out nicely we didn't even ask for a refund and while we were leaving the were laughing at us. I have photo proof as well.
We got our food and checked it in the driveway since we are used to bad experiences from this location. We asked for our coleslaw on the side and we got it in the 1-2 Oz sauce cups, when confronted about they lied straight to our faces claiming that was the normal size! (I double-checked online, I was absolutely correct). Our food was cold, our toast was only done on one side, and I got exactly 10 fries on my plate. We also waited for 10 minutes at the drive-through before we got the food. One of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had!
It's fast food only better. The only real down side was the young man behind the counter. He definitely didn't want to be there.
We waited a while at the register before someone came to take our order. But the food was ready quickly and tasted delicious.
I ordered well-done golden brown fries I took the back and they gave me fries that looked the same!
My power went out during the storm and it was like 9:45 pm and this Zaxbys was about to close . Mia and the closing team were so freaking awesome. I knew they were a little upset and I would have been too. I placed an order for a family meal and wings, for my whole family and friends. Mia was so understanding and this closing crew made plenty! My family was so happy and this Zaxbys helped this momma to be at ease! Thank you Zaxbys!!!!!btw everything was better than chillis or Applebees!!!!!!
Delicious inexpensive food! It's a hidden gem! The restaurant is beautiful in the inside and the outside. Very clean and well maintained. It feels like an expensive restaurant but it is actually inexpensive delicious fast food. Love it!
