Best WLM Reviews
Salad was good until i picked up a huge piece of plastic out of it. $18 for a zalad and two drinks with plastic on the side is not ideal. Also, girly that took my order was extremely rude for a 1 minute and 50 second interaction.
The sandwich was good, but not what I expected. Service was friendly and the food was served hot. Glad to see that their dining room was open. Social distancing and mask were requirements were enforced. Drink stations could have been cleaner and ice machine was not working. I was surprised to see no iced tea available?
First time ever in Zaxbys. We went in as we were traveling back home in Ohio from vacation. Very clean, we were greeted as soon as we walked in. Young lady took our order my step daughter was excited to try the Mr Beast Box and my wife and I bought the no 1, 3 piece meal. Very good! and Excellently made! We all loved the seasoning that was on the chicken and fries. We would love to visit again, however, it is way out of our way. Maybe a another location or maybe they will come to Ohio one day.
Rebekkalyn was extremely rude. No greeting at the front counter. She was just standing there. I asked if she was taking orders. Rudely she said she "was just waiting for us" different girl who's name i didn't get gave us our food and she was very pleasant and sweet
The chicken strips and fries I had were amazing. According to my father, the chicken salad is the best on the menu. The service was kind of slow though, but maybe I was hungry. Lol. The seats were dirty, but the crumbs can be wiped off.
I usually come to zaxbys every other day ! I added extra chicken which they say is extra chicken. I called and asked for the manager which she said she was speaking she said she bagged my order and saw put extra chicken then on top of that HUNG UP IN MY FACE .. I used to work at zaxbys for part time (not at this location) but THIS IS NOT EXTRA CHICKEN . Very disrespectful and disappointing for a manager to speak to ANY customer !!
Nice place clean tables and bathrooms great service. Only problem they put to much salt on food every time! You ask like salt it comes with salty....
We stopped on a road trip because we heard that Zaxby's is a southern tradition we don't have in Ohio. We got the fingers, fries, cobb salad, and boneless wings. It was all okay. Nothing to drive out of the way for.
