Hit the spot! They have so many options for combo meals. It was pretty clean but they don’t really have big tables for our group of 7. We pulled up chairs from another table to make it work. They have a single bathroom for each gender.
Drive through was quick and polite. Employees were friendly and efficient. Food tasted fine, was kinda sloppy I'm appearance, but it didn't effect the taste. Making a left back out of parking lot could be difficult at certain times of the day. Overall a solid 4 stars.
My experience at this Zaxby’s has consistently been disappointing. Orders are rarely, if ever, prepared correctly, and the quality of service falls far below expected standards. The staff’s apparent lack of attention and care suggests a concerning disinterest in providing a satisfactory experience for their paying customers. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon.
Ordered thru the app since it’s closer to my job than the other Zaxbys on Franklin. Upon arrival by best customer service I have received from a Zaxbys so far. I was very impressed. My food was hot and tasted so good.
OMG this specific location did renovations but they should’ve started with the food. I ordered boneless wing meal. This wings aren’t edible. They have been cooked so hard I can barely bite into them. I spent $15. A waste of my hard earned money. I will never return and I would advise anyone reading this not to waste your time or money going. I give them negative 5 stars if that was an option
Though the staff was friendly the fries were undercooked and barely seasoned and I also ordered a chocolate chip cookie that was all smashed up, they need to have better service on the quality of their food
Given the completely wrong order had to wait to get my card back didn't catch the order was wrong until I was back on the highway charged nearly twice the cost of the food I actually received. Go to a different location because Zaxby's is great but this location isn't.
