This place is filthy. The coke machine looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Every table had chicken crumbs on it. The bathroom hand dryer didn't work. Food was good though.
This Zaxbys location is ok. I mean fairly clean and overall atmosphere is same as all others. My only complaint is a while back I was told Zaxbys stopped charging customers for an extra Zax sauce. My 4 piece meal comes with only one sauce but this and "only" this location charges 25 cents for an additional sauce. It's alittle annoying to pay for one additional sauce. Come on Zaxbys, my meal is around $10....one extra sauce isn't going to bankrupt you. I may have to start looking for another location as I do enjoy their food. Oh well....
I feel obligated to share this experience. I have gone to this Zaxby’s two times and have had very bad experiences both times. I was (and am) a huge fan of the franchise and enjoy their food. However both times I have tried this location I have had my orders grossly incorrect. On my first trip I ordered a large fry and it was missed entirely. As well as no sauces (even though they were requested and normally expected with chicken fingers). Now on a second occasion I arrive and this time I do get my extra order of “large fries” but this is what it looked like. I was told this was indeed a large by the manager, and a “regular” fry was half of this amount. I will let you be the judge if this is a large fry or not….(AA battery for comparison) Take this into consideration when choosing where you want to spend your hard earned money.
4/11/2023 Lunch drive thru. Guy at drive thru extremely professional and accommodating. There was no one ahead of me in drive thru. And when I got to the window my Wings and Things was followed right behind my change. Order was perfect and as ordered.
The tenders were bigger than I have seen them in 3-4 years and were tender juicy and full of flavor. BtW, I ate one of them, so picture only shows 2 of them. Must have switched vendor. But keep them!!!

Great customer service, clean, delicious large portion salads. Definitely recommend!
I requested no ice, but I instead got lots of ice. The employees here are either illiterate or maybe they just don't care. My guess is that it is probably a little of both. I thought this place was supposed to have great chicken, but the chicken sandwich was lousy, and the french fries were lukewarm at best. Truly disappointing. Had the sandwich been ok I might have been willing to give it a second chance. But, nope. Never again.
Note to management: Please spare me and others your boilerplate response. Instead, try managing your restaurant with at least a modicum of professionalism.
So let me start off by saying I am mad and furious!!!!! I went to the drive through and specifically said that everything I was ordering was a request to be made fresh!!! And I didn’t mind waiting However when I drove up to pay for my food it was already ready. (Hmm! Didn’t think nothing because the nice girl at the window said it was made fresh). I did not want something that’s been sitting under a warmer waiting for the next person to pull up my fries was soggy and my bread was disgusting not crispy like it normally is. When I got home I had 5 boneless wings when I order the 8 boneless wings meal Wimpy Extra fries . It’s becoming a norm for this location to never have food fresh I really do hope mangers and customers see this because it’s unacceptable ppl spend money to have fresh food not something that’s been sitting under a gas station warmer. And I will be reaching out to cooperate I will never visit this place I rather take my money elsewhere… Sincerely a Pist off customer
Staff aren't that bright or comprehensive, I had to send my food back twice, and apparently they weigh out their french fries which only leave you with a handful which is rediculous! Last time we eat here.
