Y’all need to retrain some of your employees at this location. Where are the greetings? Where are the smiles? It’s like half of these people working here, hate being there. Why apply to a job that requires for you to interact with humans, if y’all act like we’re disturbing you all by entering or ordering through the drive thru……. Pls managers retrain them or get new employees!!!
Wow Zaxby’s sure has gone downhill. Chicken was soggy and flavorless. Don’t even get me started on the Texas toast. It was a different bread that was dry and burnt. Not the Zaxbys I remember.
Quick service, tasty food, kind staff. Had a mini after party in there and the staff were very patient with us. Our food was fresh and delicious and behind the counter and in the restaurant looked very clean.
Service is always top-notch. The new pimento chese chicken sandwich didn't live up to the commercial hype for me. The spicy chicken deluxe is my better choice.
Can’t leave the house after 8 pm due to new baby so a friend picked up my food for me , the food was old , cold , and soggy. I promptly went up there withThe food AND my baby & asked for it to be remade. I was told no because I didn’t have the receipt but it was literally just made and I told her the order and drinks on it as well, but still wasn’t able to have my food remade . Well, looks like I’m never coming back to Zaxbys again . If I could rate 0 stars I would .
The food was good. A little expensive compared to a KFC. I had the buffalo boneless wings (fancy chicken nuggets) and wasn't disappointed. The person I went with got the chicken tenders and dipping sauces. I tried one of theirs and the tenders were definitely better than the boneless wings.
The parking lot is a little cramped, but it isn't a problem outside of the lunch or dinner rush. It's decorated with some Nashville specific signs and knickknacks. The bathroom was clean.
The staff was friendly and the food was good. Not a bargain place (no $1/deals menu), but worth it for good chicken if you're not on a tight budget.
My chicken wasn’t cooked enough i threw away i had frozen slaw . Also had 8 people with 3 kids and the manager charged $7 per kids drink. Said they were out of cups . The salad my in-law got was the best item ordered . Felt to pricy . They charge extra for sauces overall food wasn’t that good .
HORRIBLE! Every time I order from this store they leave something out. This last time they gave me the completely wrong meal. When I called them about it the kid on the phone said "I know we left your brownie out, but what else is wrong?" I told him the meal was not what I ordered and he asked me "Are you sure?" uhhh.... im pretty sure I ordered a chicken sandwich with extra sauce, a Dr. Pepper and a brownie. What I received was a chicken strip meal with coleslaw, and a coke. COMPLETELY WRONG! So then I told them I wanted my correct order. Well they gave me my correct order with a brownie that expired 3 days ago. I have a picture... I love Zaxby's but this place on Old Hickory Blvd. in Brentwood is ruining it for your customers. I will NEVER order from that store again.
