*Update 12-15-18* - 1 star Today's food was bad. TLC sandwich had cold and flattened bun. The chicken filet was smaller than a tender. Ordered 3 of the hottest sauces and they all looked different but the heat was mild. Heat in their sauces never have consistency at this location. Kickinn sandwich with peach Sprite combo ordered around 3:30pm. 15 minute wait after ordering in drive through then I had to park and wait for an employee to bring my order out. This location wasn't busy inside at this time of day so the wait should have been only a few minutes.
Saw the Mr Beast Feastables box on tv add. Was really excited to try it.

Only thing edible was the chicken fingers and only with lots of ranch (still didn’t eat all of them). Fries tasted like fried in old oil. Cheese nuggets also tasted like old burnt oil and dough (not cheese) was chewy, cheese inside was chunky, like biting into a cold cheese stick, instead of gooey. Ordered Coke for my drink. Tasted like fruit punch from using the Freestyle soda fountain. HORRIBLE LUNCH.
Ended up throwing it all away. (Except the candy bar)
So long story short, I paid $13 for a candy bar that will go to one of my granddaughters, because I won’t even eat it.
After placing an online order we were told the lobby was closed while we still had 37 Minutes before the published time of closing.
We haven’t gone there in a very long time because of the unbelievably rude service especially late at night.
As far as cleanliness our experience is mostly been through the drive-through. Even if dinning in in better I assure you we will not be back unless it’s under new management!
It is nothing like it was after it opened and sadly it’s a common theme in our community at the Zaxby’s is a disgrace
I came though the DT @3:03PM 10/25/24. I ordered a four finger plate with a large tea. When we left and drove 20min home when I notice I received 3 tenders. Very messed up for me because it was a meal for my sick daughter . But what really made me leave the review was the carelessness to apologize to the customer for their mistake on top of that ask "are you going to drive back for the one tender today. I said no because the three tenders I did get would have been cold.and the drive back for one tender is insane for me for a 20 min drive. It may not be the lady fault who answered the phone. But it showes in the employees that management did not train their staff to be more professional and and have a undertone I don't care attitude when someone spent their money and did not receive all items did not seem to care honestly. But I want be back for the tender. You live and you learn that some fast food company's need to be retrained. Wish I could give 0 stars.
By far the worst experience we’ve had here. The girl working the drive thru wouldn’t even answer the intercom. Then we drove to the window and she looked at me and turned her back toward me. 5 minutes later she said “yeah”…. Then she proceeds to say they had no drinks besides sweet tea and lemonade and didn’t give me sauce for our fried pickles or any in our nibble meal. She said a total of about 5 words and just smacked her gum.
Waited in drive thru for 20 mins. I would have drove off but my kids really wanted zaxbys. I always check my food 1st but this time I was just in a rush to get out of there. Drive 30 mins home only to see half my order was missing! Needles to say I will not be going back!! Very disappointed!!
My wife was out and about and on her way back home she picked up Zaxby Cobb Zalads for lunch. It was a generous salad portion with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, fried onion, bits, Cheda and white cheese,, bacon, And a boiled egg cut into quarters. It also had a slice of butter toast cut into halves. The salads were $10.18 each. That sounds a little pricey to me, but my wife said that was fairly inexpensive for the type of salad she chose. I really enjoyed it. I ate about half of it for lunch and had the rest later.
I would give this location a no star if possible. Ordered through the app was instructed it would 10 minutes. Go into to the store to see three other orders waiting as well. They have a customer come in and order at the register order done before they can sit down. Which they prefer to beast boxes which is exactly what I was waiting on. I guess I’m not of the right culture. Needless to say zaxbys will never get my business again.
