Has always been a very good experience! I ordered the chicken fingers and a country fried shrimp dinner. Always a 5 star experience and 5 star food! Fast and reasonable on the prices! I was very pleased with everything! Thanks Zaxby's
The gentleman working was amazing. Went above and beyond. Food was hot and fresh.
Top choice for fast food chicken! The chicken is juicy and flavorful. They offer chicken sandwiches, tenders, and wings. Food was ready quickly and dine-in is open!
The store was having a bad day! traditional wings a 15 minute wait, no tea at the beverage station you had to ask for it, freestyle coke not working, hole in my drink cup.
I don't what happen to this place but it's gone downhill. I got no tomatoes on my salad and I guess that mean you don't get anything but cheese on your salad. No cucumbers, no bacon, no egg, no fried onions. Order of cheese curds for my kid came with 6 curds, like what? When did only 6 curds come with a order. Wife got wings, we live 5 mins away and they were like out the fridge cold. I'll never go here again which is unfortunate because they used to be a good place to get a salad
I ordered a Coke and got a root beer instead for whatever reason. I ordered a lemonade with no ice and got ice with a side of lemonade???? I guess it’s hard to read out here folks
Not enough staff, waited ten minutes with only one person in front of me in line. Still had not had my order taken by that point and left.
today is my birthday i just got home from getting zaxbys for dinner i ordered a 6 piece chicken finger plate and asked for 4 things of zax sauce i also ordered cheesecake bites that come with strawberry sauce since it’s my birthday they gave me NO sax sauce after i asked for 4 containers of it AND no strawberry sauce with my cheesecake bites so everything is plain. to whoever the worker was that i just got my food from i wanted to let you know you ruined my birthday night this might seem over exaggerated but im truly upset over having no sauce for any of my meal my favorite thing about zaxbys is this sauce. please learn to listen to the customer and give them their god damn sauce.
