Currently have been here for almost an hour and still have not received all of our order. What we did receive is wrong. Extra seasoning on fries and nothing. Food is rubbery.
Count your change before you leave. We paid with a $100 and were given change back for a $20. Called the store and was told they would balance the register and call me back. I haven’t heard a peep and now can’t even get anyone to answer the phone.
Managed by children who don’t know how to do their job at all. Few options in Lake Park yet never want to go here. Line always long because they don’t manage it. Every person in here is complaining about it. Needs to retrain staff.
These nuts ran out of flour to make chicken tenders, their main food item, less than an hour after opening for the day. Told us it would be an hour before they can make chicken tenders, their MAIN food item lol.. Bad management is all I can say. Totally unacceptable and ridiculous. Proper planning prevents poor performance.
Food was good but I waited 2 hours to get my food, both of my drinks were wrong they forgot my sauces and were doing tik tok dances and hiding while I was waiting for my food
We were originally in the drive thru, which was not moving. We decided to go in to only experience that the tea was disgusting and the bathrooms were filthy. They prepared my food completely wrong from what I ordered. Then laughed it off as if they could care less. I spoke to the manager who had the mentality that basically oh well I will talk to the staff. This location is staffed with a bunch of children that have no desire to provide decent customer service. As we left, the same vehicles were still in the line for the drive thru. Zaxby’s js one of my most favorite places to eat, I do not plan to visit this location again. According to the reviews, corporate really needs to tighten this one up.
Every time I order my food is cold and always missing my coleslaw. By the time I get home that's when I find out "no coleslaw". They don't even let you know if they have it or not. I always order chicken finger plate. I won't be going back. Too many times going home with no coleslaw.
The absolute nastiest zaxbys I have ever eaten at. Waited 15 min in a drive through line to get the worst chicken fingers ever. The sweet tea was sour the finger's tasted like the oil was never changed. All around just sucks. Don't eat here. Terrible.
