Best WLM Reviews
It seems to never fail that this restaurant forgets to give you your sauce! Not to mention when you order the Chicken Bacon RANCH Fries, there's barely any ranch or cheese. It's just super frustrating with the long wait time that tends to be normal (which having hot food is nice, so normally that isn't a complaint) and the cost that of course has just continued to rise!!! After that long & paying more can we simply get our sauces?!?!
HORRIBLE SERVICE went to this location at 7:12. Girl at the counter brown hair in a bun with a hat on, has a VERY nasty attitude. She was all on her phone texting, & bagging food at the same time. VERY nasty. There was 3 people behind me & she says it not her job to help the customers she sees waiting in line as she continues texting. I would not RECOMMEND this location AT ALL.
Zaxby’s usually doesn’t disappoint but tonight I don’t know what happen this time. Lets do better with the food prep by ensuring it is hot not cold, food is fresh and not taste like it has been sitting awhile and presentation because this is not appropriate for consumption not the toast being burnt. I hope improvement is made so the next customer won’t have the same experience.
This location constantly closes its indoor seating 30 min to an hour before their posted hours. I frequently dine here traveling and it's frustrating to travel with a vehicle or trailer that can't go thru a drive thru and be denied service. We eat at other locations all over the south a.d never encounter this same issue.
Food is pretty good here. Love to just get some good chicken tenders some times. Service could be a little nicer. Atmosphere is ok and it is a pretty decent price. Would recommend drive thru and not sit down.
The customer service was outstanding! The food was hot and delicious. This has got to be one of the cleanest Zaxby's I've ever been in. I will continue coming back to this location.
I would NEVER eat at this place again. Their service is horrible and slow. Not only that their food is now horrible. I purchase the boneless wings and things, when I bit one of the wings it were hard as a rock! I swear it wasn’t cooked and seems frozen. I felt sick to my stomach, and will never eat at this location again! I ordered me and daughters some that day, and I threw theirs away. I was afraid for them to eat it.
The cooks are horrible. They have messed up my order this week on two occasions. What's worse is when the cashier took the order she repeated it correctly. Yesterday, like always I asked for flats only, went in and let them know that most were drums. The cook took the plate back threw the flats in, and threw the plate on the top counter. I checked my plate before I left. There wasn't any sauce on the new flats that were put in the plate. With that much love he put into the food, I let them know they could keep it.
