Fantastic experience, delicious food! I have visited this Maryville location in the past and I always enjoy the experience and food. My recent visit was no exception. The service is always very efficient and friendly. I have several favorite meals at Zaxbys. On this visit I enjoyed the Big Zax Snak meal; chicken tenders, crinkle fries and toast. Of course, I love the Zax sauce!!! If you've never experienced Zaxbys, they have a large menu with many dining options. Naturally, Zaxbys chicken items are superb. There menu includes sandwiches, salads, and much more. The facilities are well maintained and very clean. The staff associates are always very polite and friendly. I have never had a poor experience at this location. This Zaxbys is conveniently located in Maryville on Hwy. 129.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!! Food was EXCELLENT AND SERVICE was FANTASTIC!! Abby in the drive Thur was also VERY SWEET! Always remember if it wasn't for the people who showed up to work you couldn't have the food you love ❤️ KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK YOU DO ABBY THAT SMILE GOES ALONG WAY YOUR AWESOME!!
I had the grilled chicken house salad my mom had the Asian salad which is almost like your eating Chinese food comes with a egg roll
Chicken was way overcooked to the point it was hard and gross. The chicken was also put into the container super hot that it burned holes it. The lady in the back that was preparing the food was very rude. They said that is the way they cook them. I have ate at other Zaxby's and the chicken wasn't this nasty. They gave me more but still was overcooked!! Not happy with this place..
I don't know why but every time I have been to this location(most convenient) my chicken count has been wrong, and basically my whole order. I'm paying more for something I'm not getting. Ask for extra fries in stead of Cole slaw and they give me slaw, 6 of chicken and give me 4 Everytime!! Please check your order here before leaving!!!
Tell them you were referred by "The Chad" it's like the opposite of telling them the foods for a cop, they'll hook you up, lol.
Disclaimer- this was in no way a corporate promotion, and I'm almost certain they would never alter food for our outstanding police force????
Had a great walk in order out experience. Cannot say enough how good the food is, but the prices make it hard to eat there frequently. Such a wonderful staff this trip in. Offered everything with patience for my lack i knowledge of the menu.
