Zaxby’s you must do better! My wife and I decided to swing through here while we were nearby. She requested a #1 and I asked for a #2 with four chicken strips. Clearly one of us was a little hungrier. My meal was smaller than her’s. One of my chicken strips might have been a nugget but it was not very big. My serving of fries was the saddest portion that I have ever received from any Zaxby’s. I paid more and basically got nothing for it. It has been a minute since I have been to Zaxby’s, and I can’t say I’ll be back if this is the new standard operating procedure. Very disappointed.
The two ladies that took my order and served me were courteous and pleasant, they are the only nice thing about this visit.
Don't order online around dinner. They close their dining room for some reason, so I waited in a 1 hour drive-thru line (oh yeah, the drive-thru speaker was broken so it took that long) for my food, just for them to unlock the dining room door right before I got to the window. So I went inside and picked up my 1-hour old food and saw this at the drink machine. A bubbling pool of water in the bottom of the drink machine. Contacted the Arkansas Department of Health. Never coming here again. Oh, and they forgot to put the chicken on my salad, so I waited 1 hour for a meal that wasn't even right.
This place has very poor customer service and the food reflects just that!!!… I don’t even eat meat so I get my fries and my daughters and mine were cold…however I tried to check them before I was rudely ushered away from the window!! Then not to mention the egg rolls they was not cooked properly.. (under cooked) threw them out!! the cashier had the nerve to give me ranch with the eggs rolls… when the sign clearly said they come with sweet and spicy sauce… so I get out the car go in only to be told they were out of the sauce!!!..ma’am you should have told me that upon ordering!!! Terrible I hate it here!!! Trash service!!!all around make zaxby look bad as bleep!!!
Although, the service I received from the cashier that took my order was great. The Food was cold and tasty old. The food made my mother and son sick l. The restroom was horrible, couldn't lock stall in woman bathroom, no paper towel to dry hands, paper over floor and floors slippery in both bathrooms. The staff was very unprofessional. The drink machine was horrible also. It was a young man in the dining area sleep at back table with his hand in his pants. All the food was cold and tasted old. I wasted a little over $60 dollars. The bread I think was from yesterday. The parking lot area needed some attention. Lastly the floors was so slippery a man had to help catch my mother from falling and she was walking with her walking cane.
Trash service!! Location had the nerve to have their doors locked... drive thru line was about 12 cars or more long! They got my order wrong. I tried to go inside to get the items that I did not receive when I paid but doors were locked. I had already waited in line initially for 30 minutes. I pulled back up the window beside the car being served. The customers at the window were nice enough to relay to workers that I did not recieve all of my order... The employee at the window (the lady with the beard), was not accommodating: she rudely seemed to shrug her shoulders and asked me what is it that I needed--- information reiterated that I didn't get all of my order, that the inside was locked, and I refused to wait behind 10 to 12 cars to get the rest of my order. She seemed to have an attitude. Advice to all: Just head on over to Chick-Fil-A!! That's where service and food is done right 95% of the time ???? ????!
Expect extremely rude staff and no options on soda machine in lobby. My girlfriend was only a little bit slow at ordering before the cashier motioned her hands to make us hurry up. Cashier also practically threw our food/cups at us. Easily the worst Zaxby's experience I've had in a while. Just go to cane's.
I ordered my food online for pick up. I arrived at the time It was promised. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes. When it arrived, I had to pull back thru the drive-thru. I was missing a extra fry, 2 different sauces for our meal, and and 2 sets of utensils for our salads. I was given a bag with what was told had everything. Turns out 1 set of utensils was still missing. I finally gave up and went inside to get it myself. The food was good once we got to eat, but it was almost 30 minutes past when I planned to eat.
If you are a chicken lover this is definitely the place to go with small children under the age of 10 between the hours of 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. dining only your children eat free! The location is nice and convenient the food is a little flavorless for my taste buds but it was hot fresh and came very fast their workers were courteous professional and pleasant I will definitely try this location again! 4 for adults and 3 toddlers we spent $43 amazing deal!
