This place is so nasty, when my cousin went to order me an feastables box guess what I saw. A ROACH. Well when I start eating I didn’t see nun until I moved my food around I see 2 roaches. I threw the box away and kept the food on a separate plate. I was so disgust . And what’s even worst is that the manger on the phone said she couldn’t do nothing about. I WANT MY refund . Also 13 yr old me shouldn’t be seeing or even going through this. I WILL LIKE TO SUE . Thank you very much. - July 3, 2024
Just left here and now I remember why I never go to this location. You could tell there was tension between team members and it def showed in their service because they were very rude. I also paid $8 for the bacon ranch fries only to get home and find that I received fries with just a little cheese, no bacon or ranch. I also had to ask for straws and when I did the girl "Nasahra" smacked her lips and asked one of the SEVERAL employees next to her to give her straws. No "Thank you. Have a nice day." Surprised this one is still open.
This location gets our sauces wrong everything at the drive through and we end up having to go in. This time I bought my wife and son the beast able boxes. Went in and corrected the sauces. When I got home, I realized that they decided not to put the chocolate in the bag. Now the kid is sad. Thanks. How hard is it to get a standard order correct? Worst Zaxbys location in the area.
After purchasing a Cobb salad 4 times in 6 days, I went in to place an order for a Cobb salad and was told that they no longer sell salads. I told him their menu was the same and I bought one the day before. He laughed and said well my boss told me we aren't selling them anymore. So no salads. It's so nice to see such great customer service from young people today. I hope if he ever goes to a doctor they tell him they no longer provide the services they advertise. Also, the signs still show salads. Well, Zaxby's, you aren't the only game in town and I will make sure all my friends know you stopped selling salads.
I came thru the drivethru I ordered 3 wings and things dinners, asked for tongue torch all 3 , got no sauce on my wings. A dab of fries. Nothing tasted good. Call to complain and no one answered the phone shut it off. Food was lousy.
Tiny little, cold, chicken fingers, and way too much seasoning on the fries. Usually my favorite chicken places, do better Zaxbys!
OMG! Special Shout Out to Ronnie????????. His customer service skills, well, let's just say SUPERB. Just a breath of fresh air. Give that man a RAISE immediately.
Brittany was all smiles when I got to the window and the young man who gave us our drinks with the dreads. This whole experience was amazing all around. That's hard to find in this city, but this one is a Golden Ticket! THANK YOU!
Food and service has changed too much and not in the right direction. I remember when I couldn't wait to order a salad. I also ordered the funnel cake. NO!
