This particular Zaxby’s is horrible. They serve terrible food. I got the taco meal and it was covered in so much sauce I couldn’t eat it. For $12 it should be edible at the very least.
The inside of this restaurant was in a mess. Garbage containers were so full they were spilling out onto the counter. The bathrooms were filthy! The tea was sour and after I reported this it was never changed. There were no condiments in the containers and food on the floor around the tables.
I order a wings and things and got a freaking salad. They got the drink right and the order is correct on the receipt. I will be calling and asking for a refund tomorrow or I will be calling cooperate.. if the staff was not goofing off they would have gotten the order correct. By the time we had realized they messed up the order Zaxby’s was already closed. VERY DISAPPOINTED
We ordered 2 salads, one wimpy and one tongue torch. The lettuce in the salads was wilted and old. There was only about 6 bites of chicken and had no sauce on them. The tomatoes looked ruined as well as the cucumbers. The worst salads I've ever had!! For a company to charge $10 for a salad like this is sad. Not at all happy!
First time EVER eating at a Zaxby's..Ordered lunch .. (boneless wings)nuggets!!!!!with fries lol..(medium) sauce was ok ... restaurant was clean ..clean restroom..great staff..
First off big Thanks to Nick the Manager and his crew on 5/27th it was crazy for our group to find a place that night because of graduations going on in the area. We went to 4 other places that denied us to come in to have a place to sit and eat from a long day of fun at 6 flags and it was late and slim picking for a place to rest before we had to keep going to Make it back home in Birmingham AL. NICKS CREW had great Attitudes despite how late it was and they gave us phenomenal service! I've worked in the food industry for over a decade and this was the most exceptional food service that I've experienced in a very long time! Hands down a place I would come back to when I travel through again!
Today (Monday 4/25/2022) Zaxby’s is back open! New building on the same site with a double drive thru. Same great food & great service as before. Dining room open.
$11, pitiful. The prices keep going up, yet the quality keeps going down. Wasn't buffalo, like I ordered or even completely covered, tiny little brick fingers couldn't be eaten either.
