My sister & I each got the 6 Chicken Finger Dinner with fries and slaw. My slaw was missing & GrubHub gave me a refund for it. My avocado ranch sauce was also missing. My sister gave me 1 of hers[thanks, Sis] Sister only had 5 chicken fingers. Our driver was fast on the delivery. Our order was over $40 and the food was OK, but it's not worth that amount. I know you pay more on your items for delivery plus a tip & order fees. I get "free" delivery with my GrubHub membership, but it's not really free. Unfortunately, nothing is free anymore. Food was barely warm & the tenders are small. Wish an employee would check to make sure you get everything you order, though. Sorry, I took a bite of my toast in my photo.????
We had a bus full of hungry high-school wrestlers to feed, and this place was a great choice! The workers were so kind and accommodating, and the food was great. Thank you for being so good to our boys!
We were staying down the street in a hotel so we ordered to go. Picked it up at 8pm. The food was dry and overcooked. We just moved to TN and it's our first time trying a Zaxbys. Based on this experience we will not be ordering it again.
The food was great but the service was horrible. Wish we had never came there was an employee eat was eating in the kitchen and was serving, preparing food and makeing it it was the most horrible experience i have ever had.
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING WAS THE EMPLOYEE ON THE FRONT LINE WAS HIGH YOU COULD SMELL HIM AS SOON AS YOU WALKED IN. I AM MOT SURE BUT I THINK I SAW A EMPLOYEE DRINKING!.

Stood at the counter for 7 minutes while listening to 3 staff members arguing about who the baby daddy was of the one female staff member. Left after being constantly glanced at but never acknowledged. Can't even make this stuff up.
If you’re craving a sodium bomb…you’ve found your place. Good mercy - I’m not one of those people that complains about salt on food but wow…this was off the hook! It doesn’t matter what you get - it’s all fried chicken fingers. The fingers and the zaxbys sauce must contain 200% of your daily intake of sodium.
This is a hard pass! Look elsewhere if you’re seeking a quick chicken fix.
Compared to Jefferson City its below Par. Finger plates lack seasoning on fries and toast. And to top it off. Found a fly in my Loaded Fries in the ranch crawling around on lunch at work. Seems like a lack of effort
