The girl at the drive thru last night didn’t listen to a word I said. I had to repeat my order 3 times. I also went out on a limb and ordered the cheesecake bites for the first time. Order for just myself and cheesecake bites was $20 or so.
I pull out and realize she didn’t put the cheesecake bites. So I pull back through… she hands me “cheesecake bites” but no strawberry sauce. I try one more time, ask her for the strawberry sauce… then I leave. When I get to my hotel, I see she has given me cheese bites, not cheesecake bites. Guess that explains why she didn’t give me the sauce. Disgusting.
This location has great service. The food is always good. I frequent about three locations in a normal month, and this location is by far the best.
I get the kickin chicken sandwich combo and only eat the tenders and the fries. I don't eat the bread. However, I love the tongue torch and hot sauce mix on the sandwich. I always get extra seasoning for the fries because without it, they usually taste bland.
I ordered the wings and things with Insane spicy wings. They were not even mildly spicy and were cold. The fries, chicken strips and bread were all also cold and flavorless. Barely wven food at this point. The lady handing me the food would and taking payment would not even make eye contact. My $13 would have been much better soent almost anywhere else. I will be taking my business to Chickfila going forward. Lesson learned.

After unsuccessfully messaging Zaxbys numerous times I’m being forced to post this review. This location has always been hit or miss as far as quality but this review is strictly due to lack of communication. I placed an order online New Year’s Eve. No big deal except they were closed. I was charged for the order and figured I could reach out and get a refund or credit. When I’ve called the phone just rings. When i try to go inside the doors are locked. When I send multiple messages on the app and website there’s never a single returned message. It wasn’t a huge amount of money ($22) but the fact that they won’t offer a refund or even a gift card when they know they weren’t open is beyond my understanding. Hopefully this gets someone’s attention. Otherwise I don’t see myself coming back to this location again.
Not too happy about the execution tonight, I asked if it was possible to get fries with seasoning on the side and was told yes, my girlfriend is allergic to a certain spice the seasoning has and we always share the fries since zaxbys does, give good portions. Luckily im a chef and know the ins and outs of a kitchen, before she went for her first fry I stopped her and checked them out, luckily for her I realized these werent unseasoned fries but they were fries previously seasoned just redropped into the deepfryer thinking itll knock the season off. It didnt work, there was plenty of seasoning on them. Couldve been a nice lawsuit but im smart.
Everything was good except for the drink..gave us more ice than the drink lol..we both got the wings and things and they did incorporate enough ranch and that lovely Zax sauce!!
I love Zaxby's. Hands down some of the best chicken fast food restaurants ever. If I ever am in the south, I check out Zaxby's because I love it so much.
Ordered the 3 Nibblerz Meal with extra zax sauce and BBQ. All of it was so good. Wish they would come to the Midwest.

Coke machine wasn’t working, food was undercoooked and raw tasting and bathroom trash wasnt emptied from day before.
