Great food as always, included is a picture of what was left on my plate.
The service was excellent. I want to give a shout out to Salena who took my order. She was friendly and helpful and seemed to be glad to help and enjoying her job. One of the guys from back in the kitchen came out for something and was friendly as well.
Clean store and fast service.
If you see 5 cars in line expect to wait 30 mins. My son likes the food here so I have to keep coming back. But it’s the least friendly/happy employees I’ve ever seen. Plus our online orders always get screwed up. One time I waited a while in the space. They didn’t pick up the phone where it says to call to say your here. I already did on the app. So I went inside and they said they don’t get notified of online check in! Plus they don’t answer the phone. Just a bunch or grumpy kids and a middle aged lady. The one on North Ave is quick and friendlier. It’s just a little further from us. Wade Hampton is really quick! This one just needs to shut down. Update 12/10/23: my son asked to go back. Only 3 cars in front of me took 17 minutes. Like usually they forgot to put my cookies in, and also forgot my kinds milk. I always check because I know there will be screw ups here. I even saw the guy outside waiting for his food and the girl brought it to him, but she forgot half the food and had to go back inside to get it. What a disgrace! Another update: 6/30 I got burnt bread. The week before I got inedible and cold grade 8 boneless wings. Why on earth do I go back?
Horrible management. On Monday 9/9/2024 12:36pm I ordered my food 30 minutes in anticipation because of work. I got there for a in-store pick up and the doors were closed and the older gentleman with a beard told me ,with a horrible attitude, to go through a back up drive-through to get my food that I ordered 30 minutes ago. When it was sitting on the counter getting cold. He definitely does not know how to manage a restaurant and have customers happy. Your frustration and problems should not be push toward customers. We would understand and help if there are more reasonable decisions made and with a good attitude.
After walking in with my fiancee and our puppy. Walking up to the counter where they complimented our puppy as we ordered and informed them we were dining in. Sat down and waited for our food. When someone came over and served our food to us she complimented our puppy again. As we began eating we were then told we had to leave as no animals are allowed in the restaurant. There wasn’t any sign posted nor were we told that we couldn’t have him there prior to eating our meal.
This has got to be the worst managed Zaxbys around. They are always short staffed, the store is consistently dirty and the wait times for your food are ridiculous. If you pay these people better wages you probably won’t have a problem getting enough workers. Chick-fil-A does and they never have this problems.
Thanks first screwing up my boneless chicken wings order you know I REALLY LOVE MY ORDER BEING DRY SINCE YOU FORGOT TO PUT MY TONGUE TORCH SAUCE ON MY WINGS. HERE IS MY SUGGESTION PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU ARE DOING WHEN YOU FIX YOUR CUSTOMERS ORDER!!! THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME YOU PEOPLE HAVE SCREWED UP MY ORDER!! SO AGAIN I THANK YOU
We came right when they opened so the poor nice girl in the drive thru was having some issues but she still got us in and out very quickly! Everything tasted hot and fresh! I would definitely recommend this place!
If you're in a rush don't come here even if you preorder your food an hour in advance. I placed an order a few hours in advance to bring my husband his lunch hooooowwweever. I was told it would be a while because the buns weren't thawed. The tenders taste a bit rubbery at times too so yeah that's it. The one on wade Hampton not far from the car dealerships is way better.
