Stopped by at 3pm. Not busy. Waited on quickly. Order came up right away. Had French fries and buffalo garlic chicken wings. Both were good. Clean bathrooms.
Alittle off the highway in a shopping center. Staff was friendly. For the price I could get a steak dinner with drink and 2 sides plus rolls at Logans for 2.00 less. If they are gonna charge these prices you should get more food! They also seemed to have switched containers so they are more shallow too. Cheapskates.
I recently had an issue with my order at Zaxby’s, but the manager, Gabe, turned it into a fantastic experience. Despite the initial mistake, Gabe went above and beyond to ensure we received everything we paid for and even provided a complimentary meal. His dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Thank you, Gabe, for your exceptional service! We’ll definitely be back.
I used to order the buffalo blue chicken salad. It was a large salad so I always felt like it was worth the price. Don't forget the drink unfortunately they are not included with a salad. Lately I have been ordering the great 8. I believe that the sauces are tamed down a bit for what they used to be because I have been getting the nuclear. I believe that is currently their hottest. If you love heat I suggest this one and if not I would go below the buffalo. It is not hot to me but was for my mom, so consider your own heat tolerance. The great 8 comes qith 8 boneless wings, fries, toast and your drink.
Zaxby's delivers consistently with their spicy chicken sandwiches and wings. The quick, efficient service adds to the positive experience, making it a top pick for fast, delicious food. Highly recommend!
The girl at the counter got my order dead wrong and I even repeated myself a few times. She came up to us later at the table while we’re waiting for our food and rudely asked “are yall finished?” And trying to rush us out. We hadn’t even gotten our food yet. She should’ve known that since she literally took our order!
Zaxbys has good food but that girl’s service was terrible and rude!
The food was all right here. Reminds me of a raising canes, but the sauce is not good. The weight wasn’t too long and the staff was fine. I wasn’t impressed with the chicken though, it was sort of dry.
It was good! Will definitely eat here again????
