Tyler was an excellent employee, great customer service and made my family feel great! Very funny and humorous, took time and asked what we wanted with enthusiasm and not monotone! Excellent, absolutely amazing. Was fairly cold in the restaurant, but overall the atmosphere was great.
I am very disappointed in Zaxby’s. The quality and portion size of the food has dropped off noticeably the past couple years. The tenders are half the size they used to be and I got maybe 12 fries for $13. I went to Raising Canes this week and got more than double the amount of food and a bigger size drink for $2 less with the Cainiac Combo. I won’t be returning to Zaxby’s just to get ripped off.
I am a FREQUENT customer at the Middleburg location. I just happened to be driving by this location on the way home, pulled into drive thru. The man ordering in front of me, 1st think he said " you guys gave me a small order of fries when I ordered large" I assumed he was "one of those people" until I get my (2) orders. A 5 piece meal, and then an order of large fries. In comparison to the Middleburg location this place is a joke when it comes to serving size. Whenever management/ ownership starts nickel and diming fries, you know their books are all in red. I mean who goes stingy on maybe the cheapest item on your menu? I won't be back.
I’m just a bit aggravated that while picking up my order I had to ask for the ranch I paid additional money for and when I got my food home I realized I didn’t not get the large fry I paid extra for. This is becoming an issue with the orange park store. Me and my family love Zaxby’s but this is becoming disappointing. I literally paid them money for nothing.
Ordered lunch kicking chicken sandwich combo the sandwich came completely soaked with sauce. I ordered a large fry and got a small. I asked for light ice in my tea and they put so much ice in it I got 5 swallows of tea and my large drink was empty. order went in for delivery and all they had to do was read the ticket. Step it up zaxby's. where is your quality assurance?
DO NOT COME HERE on Sundays around 4pm! Mediocre at best. Far from fresh. In my opinion, I think I ate "hot case" chicken after the time expired. Edible? Yes, of course. Only because I was starving.
I’ve witnessed this location going down hill over the past few years. Customer service is horrible due to teens who need to be put in their place, the food is subpar and over priced, and there are always people waiting for food in the parking lot.
Today, I ordered on the app and the only “zero” option they offer on the app is Coke. When I arrived the girl hadn’t made the drinks yet so I asked if she could switch the Coke Zero for Sprite Zero. Not sure if she wasn’t listening or if I wasn’t clear, but she came back with my Coke Zero and switched my son’s Sprite to Sprite Zero. I said she must have misheard me, but it wasn’t a big deal and I could fix it at the machine in the lobby, but she insisted on fixing it herself. I could see her speaking about me to the girl working the windows, who then looked at me dirty, and rolled her eyes. When she came back I was tempted to dump what she’d done and do it myself since her demeanor was that of a bratty teenager who’d been inconvenienced, but I didn’t want to cause a scene, so I just took my stuff and left. When I got home, I took three sips of my drink and that was it. When I opened the cup, it was filled completely to the lid with ice, no soda. I poured a sparkling water into the cup to see how much soda I’d actually gotten, and less than half a can fit with all the ice. I paid extra for a large and got less than I would have with a regular.
The girl was rude and petty. I’m so disappointed in the customer service these days, no matter where you go. People need to remind their kids that they should have respect for others and learn to admit when they’re wrong. I called and spoke to Willie, the assistant manager (or so he said) who seemed genuinely sorry, and said he’d speak with “A” about what she’d done. I know people have bad days, but I wasn’t rude, and actually apologized several times for being unclear. (Though, I really wasn’t) I even offered to fix the mistake myself.
Seats are very comfy but they are low which makes it harder for some people to get back out of them not that I would want to leave lol hahaha
Cheesecake bites are delicious especially the strawberry dipping sauce
I particularly love the Cole slaw it's delicious but not too much
