Took an hour to get food. Then they didn't give us sauce. They were out of napkins, out of diet coke, and trash was overflowing.
Let me start with I love zaxbys but I absolutely hate having to use this one. The employees are ALWAYS rude and they make you pull forward in the drive thru and wait no matter what you get. I even placed a mobile pickup order here once and they just let me sit in the curbside pickup for a while and when I finally called the store to ask about my food that’s when they told me they weren’t able to fulfill my order. No one was going to even tell me they just let me sit and wait. I have a bad experience every time so I really hate that this is the closest one to me.
i had a horrendous experience today. my mobile order wasn’t ready when i arrived at the window so they told me to pull to the side and wait and i waited for 20 minutes and no one came so i went inside. they lost my food AND my ticket and i had to wait another 15 minutes for my one large zax snack. when i finally got my food 35 minutes after ordering, it in no way was a large. i was never offered any type of complimentary items either. i’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this location.
Waited over an hour for my online order Sunday. When I finally got my food it was cold. After telling the workers about my experience they didn’t care. Someone from corporate needs to stop by this location and train the staff or hire new management. What a joke of a location.
We have ordered here three times now, and every time we have been very disappointed with the service and food. We made an online order and the order was not right, and the fried pickles we ordered were burnt and non edible. I called the buisness to let them know that they were selling food like this to their customers (not even asking for a refund) and the manager was very rude. He did not care at all and did not even apologize to us for the food. I will never go here again, they have a very bad reputation and need some help.
I honestly have no idea how they’re still in business. They just turned down a long line of cars & when I pulled up to the window, some Cedric the Entertainer looking employee was filling up a bucket from the soda machine ???? I promise you. Do NOT visit this place. I promise it’s worth driving to US-29!!!
I worked at Zaxbys for 3 years in a management position. I came here to get a kid finger and asked to swap the kids treat with a cookie, to which they said I could not do. It’s a Zaxbys written policy that this can be done, as I would know having been with them 3 years before. The manager was also very harsh toned over the speaker and quite rude about me asking to do a cookie instead. Normally I don’t Karen out, but as a former employee, I know that they were lying to me to get me out of here and they can do better.
The sweet tea was mostly sugar & water (very light colored), so I chose Dr. Pepper instead. The chicken & fries were excellent - right out of the grease. ????
