Best WLM Reviews
Went and ordered a large wings and things but it definitely doesn't look like a large lol hoping this will help with others who order takeout. Should double check your order before hand.
I usually don’t leave bad reviews. But this Zaxbys is awful. I went tonight to get supper for my son and I, and the employees are always rude… the food is just not good anymore. The wings are puny and dry and the fries are cold and have no seasoning and they give you like 4 fries. I pay $12-$13 for a meal it needs to be good. This place has just gone down hill over the years. Probably won’t be returning I’ll go to the one in braselton.
We need lace a togo order. Two cars arrived after us and received their food. We had to call to get our door bought out 15 minutes after the app said it was ready. Guy on the phone had an attitude and the manager sounded like a teenager. The guy that brought the food out had an attitude when he was told all the food wasn’t there.
Every time we order from here something is wrong. We ordered for our lunch break and the kickin chicken had no sauce, the big Zax snack was missing a finger, AND we ordered a birthday cake shake and they gave us strawberry. I called to complain and they said we could bring it back and get a refund…we only have 30min so my whole break was going to get food that was wrong. I had no way to bring it back. Absolutely disappointing to see how the quality of Zaby’s has gone down over the years.
They no longer sell the fried mushrooms which were delicious. I wish they would bring this item back. The chicken fingers are always hot and fresh and the fries are good. The chicken bacon ranch fries are the bomb diggity (add wimpy sauce or your favorite flavor sauce). Be prepared for a small wait time on your order as each order is prepared after ordering. They have many different wing flavors.
Terrible Cobb salad. Had obviously been in the refrigerator for a while. Terrible fridge taste and tomatoes and cucumbers were translucent like they get when they are old. Go on up the road to a different Zaxby’s. This one is getting rid of their old food through the drive through right off the interstate.
I went thru the drive thru and got someone else’s order. I had nothing from my order. I then went inside to get my food, and they took over 45 minutes to bring out 4 meals and 4 drinks. They only gave me 3 meals, so I to wait an additional 15 minutes to get my 4th meal. 1 hour in total for a fast food order. I received no apology from the staff. I will be driving to Braselton Zaxby’s from now on.
My first time eating here and they don’t read the food notes.
